日起不得在市场销售以上五种的混配制剂。而农民急需防治 水稻螟虫的高效、低毒农药品种呼声很高。因此大力开发高效、低毒农药品替代五种高毒有机磷农药是摆在我们农药企业面前的当务之急。 8%三唑磷微乳剂很理想替代甲胺磷等五种高毒农药的首选品种之一。三唑磷是一种广谱性有机磷杀虫剂。而微乳剂是由原药、乳化剂、水组成的 三唑磷具有微 毒,触杀作用,适用于水稻、棉花、玉米、果树、大豆、小麦等多种作物的害虫和螨类。该品种具有杀虫效果好,质量稳定、运输安全,对环境污染小等特点。 江西田友生化有限公司是国家发展和改革委员会 2006年 1月 5日核准的农药生产企业,地址:南昌安义长均工业园。离南昌市区只有46公里,交通十分便利,具有物流、信息流的优势。企业注册资金 产品 8%三唑磷微乳剂,是国内少数厂家 (公司 )登记过的品种。该品种主要用于防治 水 稻稻纵卷叶螟、水稻二化螟、三化螟、稻飞虱、果树红蜘蛛等害虫,是农业部近年来重点推广替代五种高毒农药的首选品种之一。 微型剂,是以水介质的农药新剂型,水所占比例近 70%是水稻防治害虫,替代五种高农药的首选品种之一,具有水性化,缓释化,有力化等特点。传统的 液剂农药以乳油为主,生产乳油必须加入大量的有机溶剂,这些 有机溶剂又以易燃,对人畜有害,污染环境为苯为主,在生产,贮运和使 用过程中极不安全,发达国家已禁止在某些作物上使用,另外,将大量无药效的稀缺化工原料喷洒到农田中,不仅 是 污染更是极大的资源浪费。我国每年要耗费 25 万吨价值 25 余亿元的有机溶剂,因此,以水代替或减少有机溶剂的新型微乳剂( ME)和水乳剂( EW)必将逐步取代传统液态剂型乳剂( EC)。 CODcr SS及 BoD5,其深度分 250mg/l、 120nl/g。 生产时产生废水量为 2m3/h,废水中的污染物质主要为 SS、 BOD5、CODcr值 500mg/l左右, BODcr的比值约在 0.1左右。这些污染物集中在一个污水池中,池中放入生石灰 ,生产时经常搅拌及更换生石灰,使农药遇碱而降解,达到排放标准。 第五章生产条件 5.1 厂房、生产设施 1. 5.3.3.1控制目标 厂界噪声达到 GB12348-90中的 III类标准。 5.3.3.2 控制措施 本项目噪声主要来源于搅拌机、真空泵等。 为防止噪声源对周围环境及内部声环境产生污染影响提出以下器材噪声 源治理措施。 设备造型注重考虑选择机械性能良好、噪声强度低的设备,源头降低噪声强度,减轻噪声污染。 提高设备安装精度, 设置防震沟和隔振器,隔振器应选择大阻尼强簧隔震器,以保证隔震器的刚度和阻尼比。 保持车间门、窗的完整性、密闭性、严禁车间门窗随意开放,以增加车间的隔声性能。还可以采用房内吸声,并设置隔声门窗。 通过以上的治理,噪声强度能够降低 15-20dB,在控制目标范围。 5.3.4固体废物处理 本建设项目注重改善厂区生态环境,使绿化面积占全厂总面积的30%。可把厂前区周围重点绿化,在空地铺设划坪或种樟树、松柏、女贞灌木、花卉点缀美化,以充分体现出其绿化工厂现代文明生产的新气象新风貌。 5.3.6污染物排放总量控制分析 废水中的 CODcr排放量小,根据当地环 保部门的意见,污染物排放总量按废水达标时的排放总量控制。 5.4职业安全卫生防护方案 本工程采用的国家劳动安全和卫生标准: 还应设置一定数量的小型灭火器材和消防沙。设置 200m3 池塘一座,露天消防防水 泵 1台。 存 在有毒气体的岗位,生产过程密闭,加强通风,提供安全沐浴和洗眼设备 ,配备正压自给式防毒面具和全面罩过滤式防毒面具,以及全身隔离式护理。戴化学安全防护眼睛。穿工作服,戴橡胶手套,工作场所禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。工作完毕,沐浴更衣,实行就业前和后定期体检。 严格执行国家有关有毒危品的储
