PAGE1淮北矿业(集团)公司祁南煤矿安全改建工程风井揭1、2煤层(组)专项防突设计祁南煤矿安全改建工程筹备处2013年4月7日PAGE119审批记录会审主持人:单位姓名日期编制单位设计审核科长会审生产技术部机电科安监处地测科调度信息中心淮武监理机电副总批准总工程师会审意见1风井概况1.1风井井筒概况风井井筒净直径7.5m,井筒设计深度为1030.0m,其中冻结段深度389.0m。风井井筒基岩段主要技术特征如下:井筒井口绝对标高为+24.0m;井筒荒直径8.8m,净直径7.5m,井筒净断面44.2m2;井口设计坐标:纬距X=3703860.000,经距Y=39504590.000。1.2风井井筒所揭煤层基本情况根据淮北矿业集团勘探工程有限公司所绘制的祁南煤矿安全改建工程风井井筒预想地质柱状图(图1-1),可知风井井筒掘进期间将依次揭穿1、2煤层(组),井筒揭煤共计7次,其中煤厚大于0.5m的共3次,煤厚大于1.0m的1次。风井井筒所揭煤层情况见表1-1。表1-1风井揭煤情况表井筒名称煤层见煤深度(m)煤厚(m)层间距(m)风井1上1煤846.65~847.000.35--1上2煤864.60~865.050.4517.601上3煤871.39~871.990.606.341煤880.55~881.540.998.5623上1煤945.99~946.440.4564.4523上2煤952.50~952.850.356.0623煤964.11~965.291.1811.26图1-1风井井检孔井筒地质剖面图1.3煤层瓦斯赋存情况1.3.11煤层(组)1煤层(组)位于上石盒子组中下部,是区内最上一个煤层组,下距23煤层62~104m,一般75m左右,1煤组含2~4个分层,厚度达到可采的分层位于煤组的下部,据祁南煤矿报告,取样8个,7个点原煤灰分超过40%,最高达52.74%。为不可采煤层(组)。根据《淮北矿业(集团)有限责任公司祁南煤矿安全改建工程井田煤与瓦斯突出危险性评估报告》:祁南煤矿安全改建工程井田1煤层(组)-970m以浅区域无煤与瓦斯突出危险性。但是,由于1煤层(组)在地勘时期未测得煤层瓦斯含量数据及相关瓦斯突出参数,因此建议矿井在揭1煤层(组)时应采取局部综合防突措施,保证井筒安全揭煤。1.3.22煤层(组)2煤层(组)位于上石盒子组下部,下距32煤层83~125m,一般105m左右。煤层厚度0~1.07m,平均0.54m。2煤层(组)在井田内普遍发育,但煤分层薄,可采点分布零散,可采区面积小,连续性差,故祁南煤矿深部勘探(延深)报告评价2煤层(组)为不可采煤层。根据《淮北矿业(集团)有限责任公司祁南煤矿安全改建工程井田煤与瓦斯突出危险性评估报告》:祁南煤矿安全改建工程井田2煤层(组)-970m以浅区域无煤与瓦斯突出危险性。但是,由于2煤层(组)揭煤深度大,因此建议矿井在揭2煤层(组)时应采取局部综合防突措施,保证井筒安全揭煤。2立井揭煤作业流程2.1竖井揭煤作业流程为了保证揭煤整体工作的连续性和安全性,按照“区域防突措施先行,局部防突措施补充”的要求,将揭煤作业的整个内容进行重新定义,即从距煤层最小法向距离15m(地质构造复杂、岩石破碎的区域法距20m)之前至穿过突出煤层顶板(底板)法线距离大于2m的全部作业过程。其整体作业流程见图2-1所示。距煤层法距不小于10m处距煤层法距不小于10m处(地质构造带20m处)正常掘进距煤层法距不小于7m处煤层瓦斯赋存情况分析控制层位钻孔区域预测无效区域措施效果检验施工瓦斯抽排钻孔补充区域防突措施有效保障型措施有突出危险瓦斯抽排强化措施安全防护措施远距离放炮揭穿(开)煤层穿过煤层进入底板岩层距煤层法距2m以上正常掘进距煤层法距不小于1.5~2m处局部“四位一体”正常掘进距煤层法距5m处无突出危险加强支护图2-1石门(立井)及岩石井巷揭煤施工流程图3风井安全揭穿1、2煤层(组)防突专项设计为了保证揭煤安全及缩短揭煤工期,根据祁南煤矿安全改建工程煤层赋存情况及风井揭煤实际情况(表1-2),经研究决定将1煤层(组)分为两组分别进行揭煤作业,其中:第一组为揭1上1煤层;第二组为揭1上2、1上3、1煤层共三个煤层。2煤层(组)分为两组分别进行揭煤作业,其中:第一组为揭23上1和23上2煤层;第二组为揭23煤层。为了做到有计划、有步骤、及时、安全、快速揭煤,根据风井井筒和煤层情况,特制订了揭煤过程中防治煤与瓦斯突出的技术措施如下:3.1井筒揭1上1煤层防突专项设计3.1.1距离煤层法距15m处的安全技术措施在该位置施工前探钻孔,它有两个作用,一是用来探明煤层赋存和地质构造情况;二是用来预测煤层突出危险性和取煤样进行突出指标的测定。3.1.1.1前探钻孔布置为准确控制煤层的层位,掌握煤层的赋存条件、地质构造等,当井筒施工至井深831.10m,即距1上1煤层最小法向距离15m处(地质构造复杂、岩石破碎的区域在距煤层法距20m处,即井深826.08m处),从井壁角开孔施工5个穿透煤层全厚且进入底板不小于0.5m的控制煤层层位钻孔(前探钻孔),确保在煤层倾向上布置3个钻孔、走向上布置2个钻孔,钻孔控制井筒轮廓外15m范围,如图3-1所示,前探钻孔施工参数如表3-0所示。5个前探钻孔中4个兼做测压孔。前探钻孔见1上1煤后,至少取3份1上1煤层煤样,每份煤样不低于3.5kg,用于取样测定吸附常数a、b值及瓦斯放散初速度和煤的坚固性系数f值。详细记录每一钻孔实际施工过程中的数据,并对探煤情况对控制范围进行反算,保证前探钻孔终孔位于煤层底板0.5m处,见煤点距井筒轮廓线外15m。若施工中存在其他因素影响需调整好开孔位置时,应根据实际开孔情况对钻孔参数进行修正。图3-1前探钻孔布置示意图表3-0前探钻孔施工参数表钻孔编号方位角/°倾角/°钻孔长度/m备注1#050.0923.88探煤、取样兼做测压孔2#9046.6622.36探煤、取样兼做测压孔3#18042.7320.92探煤、取样兼做测压孔4#27046.6622.36探煤、取样兼做测压孔5#--9016.40探煤,井筒中心线在施工前探钻孔的同时,可以测试1上1煤层的钻屑瓦斯解吸指标、值,配合区域预测指标的测定来预测煤层突出危险性。3.1.1.2瓦斯压力测定钻孔布置根据祁南煤矿安全改建工程风井揭煤实际情况,为了保证揭煤安全及缩短揭煤工期,利用前探钻孔进行煤层原始瓦斯压力测试工作。测压钻孔施工参数见表3-1。表3-1煤层瓦斯压力测定钻孔施工参数表钻孔编号方位角/°倾角/°钻孔长度/m1#050.0923.882#9046.6622.363#18042.7320.924#27046.6622.36测压钻孔施工及布置要求:测压钻孔开孔点布置在岩层完整地点,所有测压钻孔必须采用放水装置。测压步骤及时间安排:打钻;取芯;下测压管、封孔;待水泥浆液凝固安装压力表;定期观测压力示数直至压力表读数稳定,时间至少3天,直至压力变化小于0.005MPa/d为止,并详细记录压力上升与时间的关系。测压所需材料及具体封孔步骤见附录1。3.1.1.3区域突出危险性预测出现下列三种情况之一的即预测工作面前方所揭煤层有突出危险性:1)煤层瓦斯压力≥0.74MPa或煤层瓦斯含量W≥8m3/t;2)钻屑指标法所测数值超过临界值;表3-2钻屑指标法预测立井揭煤工作面突出危险性的临界值Δh2/PaK1/mL/(g·min1/2)突出危险性干煤湿煤干煤湿煤≥200≥160≥0.5≥0.4突出危险工作面<200<160<0.5<0.4无突出危险工作面3)各类钻孔施工过程中出现吸钻、顶钻、喷孔等动力现象。经区域突出危险性预测,竖井揭煤处存在突出危险时,必须在距煤层法距不小于7m处采取区域防突措施;当预测为无突出危险时,对于深部煤层(埋深大于500m)建议在距煤层法距不小于7m处采取施工部分抽排钻孔措施。经区域预测为无突出危险区域和已消突区域的需采用局部“四位一体”综合防突措施。3.1.2距离煤层法距7m处的安全技术措施3.1.2.1瓦斯排放钻孔布置若区域突出危险性预测结果为1上1煤层具有煤与瓦斯突出危险性,根据相关规定,在井筒施工至煤层法距7m处时应施工瓦斯排放钻孔。根据祁南煤矿安全改建工程井筒施工情况和煤层赋存条件(1上1煤层煤厚0.35m),并考虑到此次揭煤所处的大深度、高地应力环境会显著增加煤层的煤与瓦斯突出危险性,设计7圈瓦斯排放钻孔控制井筒轮廓线外12m以内区域1上1煤层(考虑排放半径影响,钻孔实际影响范围将超过13m),排放钻孔采用均匀布孔的原则,钻孔直径113mm,钻孔需穿透煤层底板0.5m。考虑到现场钻机施工条件,排放孔最外圈钻孔从井壁上0.5m开孔,第2圈从井壁角开孔,其他圈依次向内0.3m,井筒轮廓线内用伞钻施工钻孔,并可以根据实际条件多打钻孔。瓦斯排放钻孔布置如图3-2(由外向内依次为第1圈、第2圈、第3圈……),钻孔孔号排序及各圈钻孔孔底见煤间距情况如图3-3所示(钻孔编号以正北方向为1#,顺时针排序),各个钻孔的施工参数见表3-3~表3-9。当煤层松软、地质构造比较复杂,煤层瓦斯压力较大、瓦斯含量较高,煤层具有突出危险性时,待排放钻孔施工完毕后,钻孔进行扫孔冲煤工作,并在排放钻孔中按“三星”布置插入直径为75mm的花管作为金属骨架,金属骨架应穿过煤层进入底板深度不小于0.5m,经过一段瓦斯排放时间后,向钻孔内注入马丽散,待其凝固后以起到加固煤体的作用。图3-2法距7m处瓦斯排放钻孔布置示意图图3-3钻孔孔号排序及孔底见煤间距情况示意图表3-3法距7m处瓦斯排放钻孔施工参数表(第1圈)钻孔编号方位角/°倾角/°钻孔长度/m钻孔编号方位角/°倾角/°钻孔长度/m1-1#0.0040.0216.271-27#180.0028.9214.311-2#6.9239.9916.261-28#186.9228.9614.321-3#13.8539.8816.241-29#193.8529.1014.331-4#20.7739.7116.201-30#200.7729.3314.361-5#27.6939.4616.141-31#207.6929.6414.411-6#34.6239.1616.081-32#214.6230.0214.461-7#41.5438.7915.991-33#221.5430.4814.521-8#48.4638.3615.901-34#228.4631.0014.601-9#55.3837.8715.801-35#235.3831.5714.681-10#62.3137.3415.691-36#242.3132.1814.781-11#69.2336.7615.581-37#249.2332.8314.881-12#76.1536.1515.461-38#256.1533.4914.991-13#83.0835.5015.341-39#263.0834.1715.101-14#90.0034.8415.221-40#270.0034.8415.221-15#96.9234.1715.101-41#276.9235.5015.341-16#103.8533.4914.991-42#283.8536.1515.461-17#110.7732.8314.881-43#290.7736.7615.581-18#117.6932.1814.781-44#297.6937.3415.691-19#124.6231.5714.681-45#304.6237.8715.801-20#131.5431.0014.601-46#311.5438.3615.901-21#138.4630.4814.521-47#318.4638.7915.991-22#145.3830.0214.461-48#325.3839.1616.081-23#152.3129.6414.411-49#332.3139.4616.141-24#159.2329.3314.361-50#339.2
