6、ance.2、甲方需按要求向乙方提供国家权威机构认可的型材实验检测报告; 按乙方要求出具产品合格证和产品品质保证书。Party A shall provide to Party B with the profile laboratory test report with national authority approved according to requirements; also issue a product certification and product quality guarantee to the requirements of Party B.三、供货与付款方式Deli

7、very and payment1、付款方式: 转账支付至甲方指定账号;Method of payment: payment to a designated account合同签订第一次下订单( 材料需用计划 ) 时支付货款的百分之三十作为定金，三日内订金本合同有效，每批货款到发货，定金在最后一次货款中扣除，多余部分供方在3天内退回需方指定账户。The signing of the contract of first order (purchase plan), TheBuyer has to pay: 30% of the contract in advance as a guarantee

Party A should finish the order within a month after the prepayment.第四条 不可抗力 :Force majeure:战争、动乱、瘟疫、地震、台风、洪水、停电、物体坠落或其他非合同双方责任造成的爆炸、火灾、意外事故和自然灾害。 任何一方由于不可抗力原因不能履行合同时，应在不可抗力事件发生后 3 日内通知对方，尽力减少损失。不可抗力造成的损失，由双方自行承担。War, unrest,
