环保承诺书】不使用对环境有害物质承诺书

1、不使用对环境有害物质承诺书一承诺内容：A环保和低毒要求（如符合欧盟2002/95/EC-ROHS1. PAHS、REACH法规要求以及后期对电子电器所 要求的环保要求）供应商承诺提供给“深圳市PLU科技有限公司”（以下简称“PLU”）的任何材料、零部件遵循MTC 环境有害物质管理标准的同时，也必须符合欧盟2002/95/EC-ROHS1. PAHS、REACH法规要求。B“PLU”要求供应商供应的任何材料、零部件中严格遵守对应的环保和低毒要求，不使用任何有关环 境法规规左的对环境有害的物质：在生产制造、包装、储存、运输过程中确保提供的任何材料、零部件 等不受任何有关环境法规规定的对环境有害物质

2、的污染。C-当“PLU”客户有环保的特殊要求时，供应商必须承诺能够满足相关要求。二、供应商义务：1、供应商确保严格依照PLU制左的MTC环境有害物质管理标准最新版（请随时更新版本，保持和“PLU”最新发行之版式本同步）规左之要求的同时，也必须符合欧盟2002/95/EC-ROHS1. PAHS、 REACH法规要求以及“PLU”客户的苴他特殊环保要求，严格控制供应给PLU的任何材料、零部 件中相关物质（详见附表一环境管理物质名称一览表）的含疑，必要时应到“PLU”认可之测试 机构（ITS/SGS）进行检测（如为自有设备检测，需经PLU书而同意），并如实将检测结果书面报告 “PLU”，不隐瞒检测

3、结果，不伪造检测数据，接受并积极配合“PLU”的稽核、抽检，如实提供材 质证明及任何材料、零部件中使用的相关物质含量等资料，必要时请提供实际原物料。2、供应商负责保守“PLU”提供的所有机密资料，确保不拷贝、不提供给任何第三方，并依照“PLU “之 要求，及时将机密资料返还” PLU “，不留任何形式的备份文件。三、供应商违约责任：a）如供应商泄漏并未经“PLU”允许私自保留“PLU”的机密资料，供应商将承担因此而产生的所 有经济及法律责任。b）如供应商在向“PLU 供应的任何材料、零部件等中含有有关环境法规规泄的对环境有害的物 质，违反了相关环境法规或“PLU”客户的环保要求，一经査岀，供应
