4.Pranayama(BreathControl):Thepracticeofcontrollingthebreath,whichisvitalforbothphysicalandmentalhealth.Pranayamahelpstocalmthemindandbalancethebody'senergy.
5.Pratyahara(WithdrawaloftheSenses):Thisistheprocessofdrawinginwardanddisconnectingfromexternalstimuli,whichallowsforadeeperfocusontheinnerworld.
6.Dharana(Concentration):Theabilitytofocusthemindonasinglepoint,object,orthought.Thisconcentrationisaprecursortomeditation.
7.Dhyana(Meditation):Astateofconsciousnesswherethemindiscalmandfocused,movingbeyondthethinkingprocessintoastateofpureawarenessandtranquility.
8.Samadhi(Absorption):Theultimategoalofyoga,wherethepractitionerexperiencesaprofoundconnectionwiththeuniverse,transcendingtheindividualego.
