?英语新课程标准》规定:基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培育学生的综合语言运用能力。综合语言运用能力的形成建立在学生语言技能、语言学问、情感看法、学习策略和文化意识等素养整体进展的基础上。而我们老师在平常的教书中就只是单纯的为了考试而教,忽视了对学生文化意识、情感看法的渗透,使课堂形式比较单一枯燥,只是学生兴趣不高。

课程标准指出,要注重培育学生的学习兴趣,正所谓兴趣是最好的老师,有了兴趣,学生的学习就会比较主动,老师教得轻松,学生学得有效果,到达事半功倍的效果。这就要求我们教师要充分钻研教材,仔细备课,在各教学环节中增加趣味性。教师对学习材料和内容的处理,一般是由易到难,逐步深入,同时要考虑到对学生学习兴趣的肯定刺激程度,使学生的思想始终处于主动状态,使他们的兴趣逐步升级。其次增加教学环节中的趣味性,教学手段的多样化也有助于使学生的兴趣得以保持。呈现语言材料前,教师要想方法为学生创设新颖可信的情景,并合理地运用实物、图片、简笔画、多媒体课件等,由此吸引学生留意力,让所要呈现的情景更加直观而富有情趣。

此外,课程标准中很重要的一点就是在教学中我们要以学生为中心,摒弃原来的课堂上以教师为中心,满堂灌,填鸭式的教学。通过学习后我才发觉,我们大多数老师都埋怨说课堂上始终讲个不停,喉咙都哑了,学生还是不把握,成果还是没有提高,渐渐地就出现学生厌学,老师厌教的恶性循环的现象。归根结底是老师在备课的时候没以学生为中心,而是根据自己的想法一味地去灌输学问,这样的教书学生较为被动,确定达不到良好的教学效果。新课标中要求我们教师教学中要注重“以人为本〞,发挥学生主体作用。

在教育过程中,以学生为中心,充分发挥学生的主体性已成为新课标中大力推广的教学方法。外语教学中的重点不再应当是“我们该教些什么〞,而应是“我们如何在课堂教学中创造这些条件〞。新课程标准强调学生“能干什么〞,因此,我们在教学过程中应充分重视学生的主体地位,表达学生的主动性和创造性,增添学生使用英语的能力。只要我们教师充分理解了新课标的核心,根据新课标的要求去备课,信任课堂上的教学效果会到达意想不到的效果。

此次的新课标学习,让我受益良多,让我发觉了自己在平常教学中的误区,在以后的教学中,我要以新课标为中心,仔细备课,从多种渠道学习来不断提高自己的教学能力。
