Managementofemployee’scardToensurethesafetyofcompanyandemployees,theemployeesmustwearworkingcardallalongduringworkingtimeandwhenenteringinthescopeoffactory(Thesecondgate)。Whilethevisitors,exceptthosefromtheGroupCompanyandtheleadersoftheimportantdepartments,shouldwearvisitingcard。Theemployeesshallwearworkingcardasperthecompanyregulations,andthepictureshalldisplayoutward;Theemployeesshallproperlykeeptheworkingcard,andiftheworkingcardislost,theyshouldapplyforanewone,andtheemployeesthemselvesshouldpay10Yuanforthat.Theworkingcardcan’tbelenttoothers,copiedorfalsified;Theemployeesmustreturntheworkingcardwhentheyquittheirjoboraredismissed。健康管理为保证员工身体健康,公司每年组织员工进行健康检查;职业病防治:对从事潜在职业危害岗位的员工,公司每年组织职业病防治健康检查。对从事潜在职业危害岗位的员工,办理离职手续前应接受职业健康检查。因员工个人原因放弃职业健康检查的,应向综合管理部提交书面申请。Articletwelve HealthmanagementThecompanywillorganizeemployeestohavehealthexaminationseveryyeartoensurethehealthofemployees;PreventionofoccupationaldiseaseThecompanywillorganizehealthexaminationaboutoccupationaldiseasepreventioneveryyearfortheemployeeswhoengageinpositionswhichhavepotentialoccupationalhazard;Theemployeeswhoengageinpositionswhichhavepotentialoccupationalhazardshallacceptoccupationalhealthexaminationbeforetransactingcheck-outprocedure.Theemployeeswhogiveuphealthexaminationaspersonalreasonshallsubmitwrittenapplicationtocomprehensivemanagementdepartment.因病停止工作员工如有以下情况,应停止工作进行治疗:经医疗机构认定为应停止工作进行治疗的员工。Articlethirteen StopworkingbecauseofillnessTheemployeesshallstopworkingtogettreatmentifhavethefollowingconditions:Thosethathavesufferfromdiseasesandarewarnedbythehospitalsthattheyshouldstopworktogettreatment.传染病申报公司员工或亲属患有传染病,员工有义务立即通过所属领导向公司报告,公司采取相应措施.ArticlefourteenﻩCommunicablediseasereportingIfthecompanyemployeesorrelativessufferfrominfectiousdisease,theemployeeshaveobligationstoimmediatelyreporttothecompanythroughsubordinatedleaderandthenthecompanywilladoptcorrespondingmeasures.Chapterfive信息安全Informationsecurity信息安全管理应自觉接受信息安全相关教育,并遵守信息安全相关管理规定;未经公司综合管理部书面允许许可不得进入未经授权的区域;未经公司综合管理部书面许可不得在公司内拍照、摄像或录音;未经综合管理部书面准许,会客登记不得擅自将访客或供应商带入公司,对访客或供应商需进行全程陪同并在指定区域接待;陪同人员应阻止访客或供应商未经公司许可在公司内拍照、摄像或录音。Articlefifteen ﻩInformationsecuritymanagementConsciouslyacceptrelevanteducationaboutinformationsecurityandabidebyrelevantmanagementregulationsaboutinformationsecurity;ItisnotallowedtoenterintounauthorizedareaswithoutwrittenpermissionofthecomprehensivemanagementDept;Itisnotallowedtotakephotosand/oravideooraudiorecordingwithoutwrittenpermissionoftheCMD.ItisnotallowedtobringthevisitorsorsuppliersintothecompanywithoutwrittenpermissionfromtheCMD;shallaccompanythevisitorsorsuppliersallthewayandhostthemindesignatedarea;Theescortshouldinformthevisitorsorsuppliersthattheyarenotallowedtotakephotosand/oravideooraudiorecordingwithoutthewrittenpermissionoftheCMD.计算机管理公司计算机只能用于公司工作需要,不能用作其它用途;不能把公司机密信息存放在本地计算机上,公司信息应统一存放到服务器的指定文件夹里;计算机应设开机密码,开机密码由用户本人设定并保管,绝不准把密码透露给他人使用;只有IT部门的人可以安装计算机,计算机部件,计算机外围设备和软件等,不允许用户私自操作以上事项;笔记本电脑应在公司内上锁保管;如需把电脑(包括笔记本)带出公司,需先经所属领导同意;用户需要保管好电脑,如果公司电脑要在外面留宿,应该把电脑放在安全的地方;回公司后,在IT部门检查并确认电脑安全后,才能把电脑连入公司网络;除非有总经办的允许,否则不准将个人的计算机、存储载体(U盘、SD卡、记忆棒等)带入公司。Articlesixteenﻩ ComputermanagementThecompanycomputerscanonlybeusedforworking;itisnotallowedtobeusedforotherpurposes;Itisnotallowedtostorecompany(confidential)informationonthelocalcomputer.Companyinformationcanonlybestoredinthedesignatedfoldersontheserver;Allcomputersarepasswordprotected.Theuserdecidesonthepasswordhimself.Onlytheuseroftheaccountcanholdthepasswordinformation,nooneelse.Theuserisresponsiblefornotmakinghispasswordknowtoothers;OnlytheITdepartmentcaninstallcomputers,parts,peripheralsandsoftware.Usersarenotallowedtodoso;Laptopintheofficeshouldbesecuredwithalock;computersincludinglaptopscanonlybebroughtoutofthecompanywiththewrittenpermissionofthesubordinateleader;theuserwillsafeguardthecomputerwhenitisnotintheoffice;ifthecomputerisoutoftheofficeovernight,thecomputershouldbestoredinasafe;whenthecomputerisreturnedtotheoffice,theITdepartmentwillchecktheconditionofthecomputerandonlywhenITdepartmentconfirmsthesafety,thecomputercanbepluggedintothecomputernetwork;Personalcomputer,storagecarrier(USBflashdisk,SDcard,memorystick,etc)isnotallowedtobebroughtintothecompany,unlesswithwrittenpermissionformGMO.电话、传真、打印、复印管理机密信息不得作为双面纸使用、不得通过电话、传真传达;电话号码簿需妥善保存,不可随意放置,必要时应随时进行废弃;发送传真时,需反复确认传真号码后再发送;发送完成后须及时向对方确认;传真、打印、复印后的资料不可留置在传真、打印、复印机上。Articleseventeen Managementoftelephone,fax,printerandcopymachineConfidentialinformationcan’tbeusedasdouble-sidepaperanditisnotallowedtoconveythroughtelephoneandfax;Telephonebookneedstobekeptcarefully;itcan’tbeplacedfreely;throwitawayifnecessary;Reconfirmthefaxnumberwhensendingfax,andcallthereceivingendwhethertheyhavegetthefaxaftersendingout。Thematerialsafterbeingfaxed,printedandcopiedcan’tbeleftonthefaxmachine,printerandcopyingmachine.Thematerialsafterbeingfaxed,printedandcopiedcan’tbeleftonthefaxmachine,printerandcopyingmachine.信息事故发生的对应当含有公司信息的计算机、存储载体发生遗失、被盗等事故时,当事人应在第一时间向所属领导报告,并如实填写《信息事故报告书》;信息管理员在接到信息事故报告后,必须协同相关部门调查事实和发生原因、确认损失程度,并采取积极有效的措施,避免类似事故的再次发生;重大信息事故发生,除上述程序外,还应立即上报公安部门处理。Articleeighteen ﻩResponsestotheoccurrenceofaninformationaccidentWhenthecomputersand、orstoragecarrierwhichcontaincompanyinformationarelostorstolen,theresponsibleusershallreporttothesubordinatedleaderimmediatelyandtruthfullyfillouttheInformationAccidentReport;UponreceiptoftheinformationAccidentreport,theITdepartmentwillcooperatewiththerelevantdepartmentstoinvestigatetheincident,thereasonwhyithappenedandconfirmtheextendofthelossaswellasadoptpro-activeandeffectivemeasurestopreventasimilaraccidenttohappeninthefuture;Theoccurrenceofmajorinformationaccidentsshallalsobereportedtothepoliceimmediatelyexceptfortheaboveprocedures。Chaptersix工作时间与休息休假Workinghour,restandvacation工作时间 Sectiononeﻩworkinghour出勤时间公司经劳动行政部门许可后实行综合计算工时工作制、不定时工作制和标准工时工作制并存的工作制度,工作时间为正常班;技术部、生产部(含保洁):正常班7:45上班,17:15下班,其中安排90分钟(11:30—13:00)的就餐休息时间;总经办、财务部、销售部、采购部、综合管理部(不含保洁、保安、司机)正常班9:00上班,17:30下班,其中安排30分钟(12:00-12:30)的就餐休息时间;司机:根据员工上班时间安排早晚班车,接与送司机错开安排,确保员工在规定的上班时间到岗。ArticlenineteenﻩAttendancetimeThecompanyimplementstheworkingsystemasthecomprehensiveworkinghoursystem,irregularworkinghoursystemandstandardworkinghoursystemcoexistafterthelaboradministrativedepartmentallows;theworkinghourisnormalshift:TDandPD(includecleaners)Normalshift:ondutyat7:45andoffdutyat17:15;90minutes(11:30-13:00)arearrangedforlunchandrest。GMO,financialdepartment,salesdepartment,purchasingdepartmentandcomprehensivemanagementdepartment(notincludecleaners,securitypersonnelanddrivers)Normalshift:ondutyat9:00andoffdutyat17:30;30minutes(12:00-12:30)arearrangedforlunchandrest;Driver:arrangemorningandeveningshuttlebusaccordingtotheofficehoursofemployees;thedrivers(oneispickingupandtheotherissending)arearrangedstaggeredtoensurethattheemployeesworkonthepostatspecifiedworkinghour.因生产经营、设备、用电或突发性事件、自然灾害确实需要改变作息时间,在征得工会同意后提前通知员工;因特殊情况未提前通知的,员工到达公司又不能工作的视作出勤2小时;Whenthecompanyhavetoaltertheworkingschedulebecauseofsomeemergenciesasnaturaldisastersorelectricityrestrictetc,thecompanyshouldinformtheemployeesinadvanceaftergettingapprovalfromtheLaborUnion;ifthecompanyfailstoinformtheemployeesforsomespecialreason,andtheemployeesareinformedthattheworkingscheduleischangedaftertheyarrivethecompany,insuchcircumstance,theemployeeswillberegardedtohavebeingondutyfor2hours.在工作时间中,遇到停电或特殊情况需中止工作的,如事发当日工作4小时以下视作出勤半天,超过4小时视作出勤一天。Ifneedtostopworkingwhenencounteringpowerfailureofspecialconditionsduringworkinghour,theemployeeswhoworkforlessthan4hthatdaywillberegardedasbeingondutyforhalfadayandthosewhoworkformorethan4hwillberegardedasbeingondutyforoneday.加班公司根据生产经营需要,经与工会和员工协商后可以安排加班。员工加班前由本人填写《加班审批单》,经所属领导确认、综合管理部同意,方可加班,事后报综合管理部核准备案;当发生不可避免的灾害等异常情况,可由公司在规定的劳动时间以外安排加班,员工应积极参与加班或坚守岗位。ArticletwentyWorkovertimeThecompanycanarrangeextraworkaccordingtoproductiondemandafternegotiatewithlaborunionandemployee。Beforeworkingovertime,theemployeesshallfilloutExtraWorkApprovalFormfirst,gettheapprovalofsubordinatedleaderandComprehensivemanagementdepartmentandthencanworkovertime;reporttocomprehensivemanagementdepartmentforcheckandfilingafterwards;Whenhavinginevitabledisasters,thecompanycanarrangeextraworkotherthanthespecifiedworkinghour;theemployeesshallactivelyfollowthearrangementofthecompany。出差由于工作的需要,公司可委派员工出差工作.在执行出差任务时,按正常出勤对待。出差期间如遇休息日及法定节假日仍需工作的,可按加班对待;员工出差,出发日或返回日为公司休息日时,酌情予以补休;出差补贴、差旅费用按公司员工出差填写出差申请单并按规定执行。Articletwenty-oneBusinesstripThecompanycandelegatetheemployeetogoonbusinesstripupononjobdemand.Whenimplementingtasksofbusinesstrip,theattendanceofemployeeistreatedasnormalattendance。Iftheemployeestillneedstoworkwhenmeetingrestdayandnationalholidayduringbusinesstrip,thiscanberegardedasovertimework;Whenthedeparturedateorreturningdateoftheemployeeswhogoonbusinesstripistherestdayofthecompany,thecompanywillgivecompensatorytimeforthemaccordingtocircumstances;Businesstripallowanceandtravellingexpensesareimplementedaccordingtoregulationsaboutemployees’businesstripafterfillingouttheapplicationforgoonbusiness.休息休假Sectiontwo Restandvacation病假员工患病或非因工负伤不能出勤时,根据医院的证明,作病假处理;员工在工作时间外出看病或在园区医务室就诊时间在两小时以上四小时以内视作半天病假,超过四小时视作一天病假;员工患病或非因工负伤需停止工作治疗时,凭医院证明经综合管理部确认后,根据本人实际参加工作年限和在本单位工作年限,给予以下医疗期限:医疗期内员工病假工资、疾病救济费按国家相关规定执行。实际参加工作年限本单位工作年限最长医疗期限未满10年未满5年3个月未满10年5年以上6个月10年以上5年以下6个月满10年5年以上未满10年9个月满10年10年以上未满15年12个月10年以上15年以上未满20年18个月10年以上20年以上24个月Articletwenty—twoSickleaveWhentheemployeescan'tbeondutyassufferfromillnessoraninjurywhichisnotrelatedtohisorherjob,itwillbedisposedassickleaveaccordingtohospitalcertificate;fortheemployeeswhogoouttoseethedoctorfor2hto4h,itisregardedashalf-daysickleave;ifexceed4h,itisregardedasone-daysickleave;Theemployeewillhavethefollowingmedicaltreatmenttermbythehospitalcertificatewhichisconfirmedbycomprehensivemanagementdepartmentaccordingtotheactualworking
