1、附录 A本规程地区测强曲线的制定方法为编制广东地区泵送混凝土测强曲线,选取省内有代表性地区的预拌商品混凝土开展试验工作。选择本地区工程常用的水泥、粗骨料、细骨料等原材料,制作强度等级为 C10 C60、边长为 150mm 的混凝土立方体标准试件。试件的制作、养护:1 采用符合现行行业标准 混凝土试模 JG237 规定的试模,各强度等级均采用同一盘混凝土均匀装模振捣成型;2 每个地区各强度等级的混凝土制作 24 组试件(三个为一组);3 试件拆模后按“品”字形堆放并自然养护。试件的测试步骤:1每个强度等级的试件按照测试龄期14d、28d、60d、90d、180d、365d、720d、1000d

2、各 3 组分别开展测试工作;2 擦净被测试件,以浇筑侧面的两个相对面置于压力机的上下承压板之间,加压( 60100)kN以固定试件,低强度试件取低值;3 在试件保持压力下,采用符合本规程第 3.1 节规定的回弹仪,按照本规程第条规定的操作方法,在试件两个相对浇筑侧面上进行回弹测试;23参照本规程第条规定的操作方法, 在试件的回弹测试面上进行碳化深度测试;4 从每个试件 16 个回弹值中剔除 3 个最大值和 3 个最小值,以余下的 10 个回弹值的平均值作为该试件的回弹代表值 R,精确至 0.1;该试件的碳化深度值 dm,精确至 0.5mm。5 按现行国家标准混凝土物理力学性能试验方法标准 GB

3、/T50081 的规定进行抗压强度测试,将试件加荷至破坏,计算试件的抗压强度值 f cu ,精确至 0.1MPa。测强曲线函数关系式的计算步骤:1 汇总各地区的试验数据,按照各强度等级各龄期的每个试件的回弹代表值 R、碳化深度值 dm 、抗压强度值f cu 一一对应列表进行整理;2 采用最小二乘法的原理按以下函数关系式进行拟合回归分析:指数及幂函数f cuca Rmb10c dm( )一次及幂函数fcuca Rmb dm0. 5c ()一次函数 fcuca Rmb dmc()24c( b Rmc d m )(A.0.5-4)指数函数 fcua e式中: f c 试件抗压强度换算值;cuR试件回

4、弹代表值;dm 试件平均碳化深度值。3计算各函数关系式的平均相对误差()和相对标准差 ( er ),平均相对误差 ()不应大于± 14.0%,相对标准差 ( er )不应大于 17.0%。选取相对标准差和平均相对误差较小且理论分析比较合理的函数关系式作为本地区测强曲线公式。25附录 B测区混凝土强度换算表根据选定的测强曲线公式,由测区回弹代表值和碳化深度值计算出测区混凝土强度换算值,列出测区混凝土强度换算表, 供速查使用。 由第 i 个测区的回弹代表值 R 和碳化深度值 d m 按表 B 可直接查得第 i 个测区混凝土强度换算值fcu,ic。表 B测区混凝土强度换算表测 区测区混凝土
