Type120controlvalve判断:根据漏出的空气的声响来判断。Judgment:Judgingbythesoundoftheleakingair.充气刚开始时,列车制动主管压力很快上升,因此,若制动主管压缩空气漏泄,在充气一开始就会发出较高的漏气声音。Atthebeginningoftheinflation,thepressureofthetrainbrakeheadrisesquickly,soifthebrakeheadcompressedairleaks,ahighleaksoundwillbeemittedatthebeginningoftheinflation.此时,关闭截断塞门,注意观察制动动机的状态,若制动机发生制动作用,可判断为紧急二段阀密封不良,列车管压缩空气经此处的O形密封圈漏人大气;Atthistime,closingtheplugdoorandpayingattentiontothestateofthebrakemotor,ifthemotorbrakeaction,itcanbejudgedthattheemergencytwosectionvalveisnotsealedandthecompressedairofthetrainpipeleaksthroughtheO-ringsealatmospherehere;若制动机部发生制动作用,还是继续排气,可确认滑阀漏泄。Ifthebrakeworksandcontinuetoexhaust,thevalveleakagecanbeconfirmed.如果是副风缸的压缩空气漏泄,漏气声音是渐渐增高,而且随着副风缸充气时间越长漏气的声音就越大。Ifthecompressedairofthesecondaryaircylinderleaks,thesoundofleakageisgraduallyincreasedandwiththelongerthesecondaryaircylinderisinflated,thesoundofleakageisgreater.(一)充气时主阀排气口漏泄Theexhaustportofthemainvalveleaksoutduringinflation原因:Reasons:滑阀密封不良,列车管压缩空气经滑阀漏泄;(1)heslidingvalveispoorlysealedandthecompressedairofthetrainpipeleaksthroughtheslidingvalve;滑阀或节制阀密封不良,副风缸压缩空气经由滑阀漏泄;(2)theslidingvalveorcontrolvalveispoorlysealedandthecompressedairoftheauxiliaryaircylinderleaksthroughtheslidingvalve;紧急二段阀密封不良,列车制动主管的压缩空气经紧急二段阀0形密封圈漏泄。(3)Theemergencysecond-stagevalveispoorlysealedandthecompressedairofthetrainbrakeheadleaksthroughthe0-shapedsealingringoftheemergencysecond-segmentvalve.原因是滑阀或节制阀漏泄。Thereasonistheslidingvalveorcontrolvalveleakage.滑阀室的压缩空气经此排人大气。Thecompressedairoftheslidingvalvechamberisdischargedintotheatmospherehere.120型控制阀

Type120controlvalve(二)充气时局减室排气口漏气(二)(Airleakagefromtheexhaustportofthechamberduringinflation)原因:Reasons:(1)先导阀漏泄;(1)pilotvalveleakage(2)紧急放风阀密封不良;(2)Theemergencyventvalveispoorlysealed;(3)紧急放风阀不落座。(3)Theemergencyventvalvedoesnotsitdown.判断:Judgment:如果紧急阀排气口漏泄严重,漏气声音大,可用木锤轻轻敲击紧急阀,若漏泄停止,可判断为紧急放风阀不落座;iftheemergencyvalveexhaustleakageisserious,theleakagesoundisloudandyoucanusethewoodenhammertogentlytapthetheemergencyvalve.iftheleakagestops,itcanbejudgedthattheemergencyventvalvedoesnotsit;若漏泄依然很大,则为紧急放风阀密封不良,阀面与阀座不密贴。Iftheleakageisstillverylarge,theemergencyventvalveispoorlysealedandthevalvesurfaceandthevalveseatarenotcloselyattached.如果紧急放风阀排气口漏泄较小,可能为先导阀密封不良。Iftheexhaustleakageoftheemergencyventvalveissmall,thepilotvalvemaybepoorlysealed.(三)充气时紧急阀排气口漏泄(leakageofemergencyvalveduringinflation)120型控制阀Type120controlvalve(四)制动时制动机不发生制动作用(Thebrakingmotordoesnothavethebrakingeffect)检查局减室排气口是否排气,如有排气现象说明作用部良好;

(1)youcancheckwhethertheexhaustportexhaust,ifthereisexhaustphenomenonthatthefunctionisgood;否则,可能是主活塞膜板穿孔,制动时主活塞上下两侧不能形成压力差。Otherwise,itmaybethatthemainpistonfilmisperforatedandthepressuredifferencecannotbeformedontheupperandlowersidesofthemainpistonduringbraking.检查半自动缓解阀的排气口有无漏泄,若有漏泄,则可能是排风阀密封不良。

(2)Youcancheckwhethertheventofthesemi-automaticreliefvalveleaks.Ifthereisleakage,theexhaustvalvemaybepoorlysealed.若上述情况均良好,检查制动缸管路是否漏泄、制动缸活塞皮碗是否漏泄、制动缸活塞推杆是否弯曲或抗托别劲。

(3)Iftheaboveconditionsaregood,youcancheckwhetherthebrakecylinderpipelineisleakingandwhetherthebrakecylinderpistonleatherbowlisleakingandwhetherthebrakecylinderpistonpushrodisbentorsupportresistant.原因Reasons:主活塞膜板穿孔;(1)themainpistonfilmperforation;半自动缓解阀漏泄;(2)Semi-automaticreliefvalveleakage;制动缸不良。(3)Poorbrakecylinder判断Judgment:120型控制阀

Type120controlvalve(五)缓解不良(Poorremission)s检查主阀排气口是否排气。若排气口排气正常,说明主阀已经缓解,故障在制动缸。Youcancheckwhethertheexhaustportofthemainvalveisexhaust.Iftheexhaustportisnormal,itmeansthatthemainvalvehasbeenrelievedandthefaultisinthebrakecylinder.可能是由于制动缸活塞杆弯曲、缓解弹簧折断或活塞皮碗缺油,阻力过大等造成的。Itmaybecausedbythebendingofthebrakecylinderpistonrod,thereliefspringbreak,orthelackofoilinthepistonleatherbowlandtheexcessiveresistance,etc.若主阀排气口不排气,故障在控制阀。Iftheexhaustportofthemainvalvedoesnotexhaust,thefaultisinthecontrolvalve.可能是主活塞膜板穿孔或滑阀阻力过大等。Itmaybethemainpistonfilmplateperforatedorslidevalveresistanceistoolarge.原因Reason:主活塞膜板穿孔;.Perationofmainpistonmembraneplate;滑阀阻力过大;Theslidevalveresistanceistoolarge;制动缸不良。Poorbrakecylinder.判断120型控制阀

Type120controlvalve原因Reasons:判断Judgment:(1)半自动缓解阀漏泄;semi-automaticreliefvalveleakage;(2)副风缸及其管路漏泄;Theleakageoftheauxiliaryaircylinderanditspipeline(3)制动缸漏泄。Brakecylinderleakage.(1)检查半自动缓解阀下方的排气口是否漏泄。若有漏泄,这可判断为半自动缓解阀阀口漏泄。Youvancheckwhethertheexhaustportunderthesemi-automaticreliefvalveisleaking.(2)若副风缸及管路漏泄,副风缸压力将下降,制动缸的压缩空气也随之下降,出现自然缓解。Iftheauxiliaryaircylinderandpipelineleak,thepressureoftheauxiliaryaircylinderwilldropandthecompressedairofthebrakecylinderwillalsodecrease,resultinginnaturalrelief.(3)上述现象都不存在,就可能
