(2)Writetheirresponsesontheboardandintroducethetopicofthelesson:"TheSecretsofHappiness."

Step2:VocabularyIntroduction

1.PresentKeyVocabulary:

(1)Introducenewwordsrelatedtohappinessandemotions,suchascontentment,gratitude,well-being,satisfaction,joy,andpeace.Writethemontheboardandprovidesimpledefinitions.

(1)Dividetheclassintosmallgroups.Giveeachgroupaquestiontodiscuss:

Afterthediscussion,haveeachgroupsharetheirideaswiththeclass.Encourageotherstudentstoaskquestionsorexpressagreement/disagreement.

(1)Askstudentstowriteashortparagraph(5-6sentences)answeringthefollowingquestion:
