大家下午好!

首先感谢学校领导给了我最终一次以青年老师的身份参与学校集体活动的机会。这次活动让我在欣喜自己年轻的同时，也感到了时间的飞逝。

自工作以来，做一名优秀的老师始终是我最大追求，为了实现这一目标，我工作中勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业、喜爱同学、团结同志，始终坚守一个人民老师应有的职业操守，将自己的人格魅力和专业素养融于日常的教育教学活动中，努力在平凡的岗位上做出不平凡的业绩。近几年我先后被评为“校级骨干老师”，获得青年老师论坛三等奖。

现在我将从以下四个方面对大家汇报一下近几年我得工作状况。

由于学校化学学科的特别性，我担当教学工作以来，始终坚守在毕业班级这个教学工作的最前沿。我作为九班级化学老师从没有休息过完整的寒暑假和双休日，每年都和同学一起面对中考的压力，紧急的一年又一年过去了，我从未退缩过，从未放弃过。在去年中考中，化学学科取得了区第五名的成果，我自己教的两个班取得了区第三、第四名。

在日常教学工作中，我仔细的做好了下列几个方面：

深化细致地备课。平常仔细讨论教材，多方参阅各种资料，力求深化理解教材。在集体备课过程中乐观主动发言并担当部分工作，化学是一门以试验为基础的学科，每次试验我都仔细预备，并尽量让同学参加其中。

课堂上，我将所学的课程理念应用到课堂教学中，乐观运用多种教育方法，留意调动同学学习的乐观性和制造性思维。这是我在课上曾做过的一个试验，这个试验让同学们印象特别深刻，以致以后我每次做试验，同学们都戏说“仔细点，高老师又在变魔术”，甚至有些同学还说“我要揭秘这个魔术”。这些非教材上的演示试验，增加了课堂教学的吸引力，增加了同学学习的爱好和学习主动性，使我的教学更具特色。我在天津市多媒体整合课竞赛中《质量守恒定律》一节获得市级三等奖；做区级研讨课《原子的构成》一节；做区级展现课《如何正确书写化学方程式》一节；在区级说课竞赛中《中和反应》获二等奖。

我每天都带着这几个问题来批改作业。

注意帮扶工作。对于暂差生，我总是赐予特殊的关注，在课堂上多提问，多巡察，多辅导，对他们的点滴进步赐予大力的表扬；课后多找他们谈心、交伴侣，树立起他们的信念和激发他们学习的爱好。并且利用课外时间给他们辅导，做到了急躁细致、百问不厌。正是由于我得付出，同学与我的感情特别融洽。

在担当班主任期间，我发挥着极大的工作热忱，经过自己仔细努力，脚踏实地的工作，获得了组内老师的认可，所带班级也获得了精神文明班集体称号。

由于学校化学学科的特别性，让我比起担当初始班级学科的老师少了太多担当班主任工作的机会。虽然我担当班主任的机会少，但我时刻以班主任的标准来要求自己。

尤其在今年担当了见习班主任工作，在平常教学中，对随时发觉的卫生、纪律、规范等问题，准时进行教育。当班主任有问题找到我时，我都热忱主动的担当起来。由于我对班内同学管理的比较多，使的有些同学说“高老师，你只是见习班主任。”我的回答是“见习班主任也是班主任呀。”

除了班级管理，我还特别注意与家长的联系。在每一届的第一次家长会中，我都会留下自己的电话号码，便利家长随时与我联系。

教学离不开科研。在近两年我参与了多个市、区级课题讨论工作，并且市级课题《学校化学复习课实施高效教学策略讨论》已经结题。参与区公开研讨课、展现课，借以在更为广泛的空间中和同行们沟通探讨，不断充实自己，提高自己的教学力量和业务水平，并且在提升教育教学理念的同时实现了自身教学实践的可持续进展。

这次优秀老师评比将是我将来工作的新起点，我会不断完善自身的综合素养，勤奋工作，开拓进取，为学校的教育教学工作做出更大的贡献。

Ladiesandgentlemen,Onthissplendidmoonlitnightinmid-autumn,aswegatherinthebeautifulcityofShanghai,locatedonthecoastoftheEasternSea,letme,onbehalfoftheChinesegovernmentandpeople,extendawarmwelcometothefriendswhohavecometotakepartinthe'99FortuneGlobalForum,whichissponsoredbyTime-WarnerGroupInc.

Thisforum'sthemeis"China:thenext50years."Chinaisalargedevelopingsocialistcountry,anditsfuturedevelopmentwillnotonlydirectlyaffectthefutureoftheChinesepeople,butwillalsohaveimportantimpactonthedevelopmentandprogressofAsiaandtheworld.

Overthepasthundred-oddyears,theChinesepeoplehavegonethroughstormandstress,andinthecourseofvigorousstruggletheyhaveaccomplishedagreathistorictransformation.NewChina's50yearsofdevelopmenthaveresultedinaccomplishmentsthathaveastonishedtheworld.

Onlysixyearsago,inthisLujiazuiDistrictofShanghai'sPudongarea,wherewearegatheredthisevening,therewereonlyrun-downhousesandfarms.Nowitisavibrantmodernfinancialandbusinesszone,fullofhighrisebuildings.Overfiftyyearsago,IwasinShanghaiattendinguniversity.Atthattime,Ihadadeepsenseofthepoverty,backwardnessandfeeblenessoftheoldChina.ItwasthenthatIdecidedtodevotemyselftothenobletaskofbuildinganindependent,free,democratic,unified,richandpowerfulNewChina,andIhavebeenstrugglingforthattothisveryday.Fourteenyearsago,IbecamemayorofShanghaiandexperiencedtheprocessofreform,opening-upandmodernizationinthis,China'sbiggestcity.I'msurethatallofyouhaveseenwithyourowneyestheconstantandunceasingtransformationofShanghai.ThegrowthofShanghaiisonereflectionoftheenormouschangestakingplaceinChina.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysrespectedthedignityandworthofhumanbeings.TheCommunistPartyofChinaledthepeopleinrevolution,constructionandreformfortheverypurposeofrealizingfreedom,democracyandhumanrightsforallthepeopleofChina.ThegreatvitalitydisplayednowadaysinChinavividlydemonstratesthetremendousspacethattheChinesepeoplehavetofreelyanddemocraticallyexercisetheircreativity.Chinahasapopulationofover1.2billion,butitssocialproductionisstillnotwelldeveloped,andwemustfirstandforemostsafeguardthepeople'srightstosurvivalanddevelopment;otherwisewecannotevenbegintotalkaboutotherrights.ThefactthatChinahasassuredtherightstosurvivalanddevelopmentofover1.2billionpeopleisamajorcontributiontothecauseoftheprogressofhumanrightsallovertheworld.TheChinesepeopleadvocatethecloseinterlinkingofcollectivehumanrightswithindividualhumanrights,ofeconomic,socialandculturalrightswithcitizens'politicalrights.ThisistheroadwemusttakeforthecauseofpromotinghumanrightsinlightofChina'snationalconditions.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysinsistedonindependence.Theycherishtherightsofindependencethattheyhavewonoveralongperiodofstruggle,andtheyresolutelyupholdtherightofallpeopletoenjoytheserights.Wealsobelievethateverycountryhastherighttochoosethesocialsystem,ideology,economicsystemandpathofdevelopmentthatsuititsnationalconditions.Countrieswithdifferentsocialsystemsshouldrespecteachother'ssovereigntyandterritorialintegrity;theyshouldtreateachotherasequalsandcoexistpeacefully.Weopposeanyeffortsbyanycountrytoimposeitsownsocialsystemandideologyonanothercountry.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwayslovedfreedomandpeace.TheChinesepeoplehavesufferedgreatlyfromwarsandinvasionsinmoderntimes,andtheyfeeldeeplyhowpreciouspeaceis.Asitengagesinmodernization,Chinaneedsapeacefulinternationalenvironment.Wehopethatallpeoplewillbeabletoliveinaworldwithoutwarandwithoutviolence.Chinacarriesoutaforeignpolicywithpeaceasitsgoal,andresolutelyopposesanyactsthatendangerworldpeace.China'sdevelopmentdoesnotposeathreattoanyone,instead,itwillonlyhelptoadvanceworldpeace,stabilityanddevelopment.ItistheChinesepeople'ssolemnpromisetotheworldnevertoseekhegemony.

TheChinesepeoplehavealwaysprizednationalunity.TosafeguardtheunityofthemotherlandisthefirmaspirationoftheentireChinesepeople.HongKonghasalreadyreturnedtothemotherland;MacaowillreturnonDecember20thisyear.ItiscertainthattheTaiwanquestionwilleventuallyberesolved.Nocountrywillallowitsownterritorytobesplitoff,norwillitallowanyforeignforcetocreateorsupportsuchasplit.OurguidelineforsolvingtheTaiwanquestionis"peacefulreunificationandonecountry,twosystems."InresolvingtheTaiwanquestion,wewillnotundertaketorenouncetheuseofforcepreciselyforthepurposeofbringingaboutapeacefulresolutionoftheTaiwanquestion.TheChinesepeoplehaveboththedeterminationandabilitytoachievethecompletereunificationoftheirmotherland.TheseriesofrecentsevereearthquakesthatoccurredintheregionofTaiwanweightheavilyontheheartofeveryoneinChina.IwouldliketotakethisopportunitytoagainexpressprofoundcondolencestoourcompatriotsinTaiwanwhohavesufferedfromtheearthquakes.

theglobaleconomicenvironmenthasremainedanintricateonesincethebeginningofthisyear.theroadtorecoveryindevelopedcountrieshasremainedbumpy5.growthinemergingmarketeconomieshassloweddown,andthechineseeconomyfacesgreaterdownwardpressure.facingthischallengingenvironment,wehavecontinuedtofollowthegeneralprincipleofmakingprogresswhilemaintainingstability.wehavestayedthecourseandpursuedaproactiveapproach.insteadofadoptingstrongeconomicstimulus6oreasingmonetary7policy,wehavevigorouslypromotedreformandeconomicreadjustment,andmadeeffortstoimprovepeopleslives.asaresult,hefirsthalfoftheyear,thechineseeconomyregistereda7.4percentgrowth,andcpirisewaskeptat2.3percent.despiteeconomicslowdown,betweenjanuaryandaugust,thesurveyedunemploymentratewaskeptataround5percentin31bigandmedium-sizedcities.morethan9.7millionurbanjobswerecreated,whichisoveronehundredthousandmorecomparedwiththesameperiodlastyear.

deepeningstructuralreadjustmenthasimprovedthequalityofeconomicgrowth.onthebasisofcarryingoutreformandinnovation,wehavereducedovercapacity,eliminatingoutdated19capacityinparticular,hefirsthalfoftheyear,thegrowthofinvestmentandproductionofindustrieswithhighenergyconsumptionandemissions21noticeablysloweddown.theperunitgdpenergyconsumptiondroppedby4.2percentyearonyear,andcarbonintensity22wascutbyabout5percent,thelargestdropinmanyyears.

wehavemanagedtoensuresteadygrowthandimprovethequalityofthechineseeconomybytakingtargeted,range-basedmacro-controlmeasures.withfocusonkeyareasandweaklinksofchinaseconomicandsocialdevelopment,wehaveusedmorereformandinnovationmeasurestoincentivizemarketentities,strengthenweaklinks,boosttherealeconomyandensurethatoureffortsarewell-targeted.thisapproach,whichwasalsostructuraladjustmentinnature,involvedbothreformandreadjustments.wehavestrivedtoremovemarketobstaclesandmakethemarketplayadecisiveroleinresourcesallocation.wehavealsoendeavoredtoimprovetheroleofthegovernmentandpromotesocialequity23.wehaveworkedactively24tobalancedomesticandinternationaldemands,coordinate25regionaldevelopment,narrowthegapbetweenruralandurbanareasandstabilize26agriculturalsupplyanddemand.wehavestrengthenedtheconstructionofrailwaysincentralandwesternchina,therenovation27ofrundownareas,aswellaspollutioncontrolandpreventionandotherlivelihood28anddevelopmentprojects.wehaveactivelytackledthebottlenecks29thathavelongconstrained30chinasbalanceddevelopment.allofthesehavevigorouslysupportedtheprocesstowardanewtypeofindustrializationandeffectivelyincreasedthesupplyofpublicgoods.

facingthenewnormalstateoftheglobalandthechineseeconomy,wehaveremainedlevel-headedandtakenstepstotackledeep-seatedchallenges.wefocusedmoreonstructuralreadjustmentandotherlong-termproblems,andrefrainedfrombeingdistractedbytheslightshort-termfluctuations31ofindividualindicators32.injulyandaugust,electricityconsumption,freightvolumeandotherindicatorsfluctuatedsomewhat.thatwasinevitable33andwithinourexpectation.itwasbecausethedomesticandinternationaleconomicsituationwasstillcomplexandvolatile34andbasefiguresforthesecondhalfoflastyearwererelatively35high.whenobservingthechineseeconomy,oneshouldnotjustfocusonitsshort-termperformanceortheperformanceofaparticularsector.rather,oneshouldlookattheoveralltrend,thebiggerpictureandthetotalscore.judgingbytheprincipleofrange-basedmacro-control,webelievetheactualeconomicgrowthrateiswithintheproperrange,evenifitmightbeslightlyhigherorlowerthanthe7.5percenttarget.inparticular,weshouldrealizethatanimportantgoalofmaintainingstablegrowthistoensureemployment,andtheflooroftheproperrangeistoensurerelativelyadequateemployment.astheeconomicaggregate36continuestoexpand,andinparticular,astheservicesectordevelopsrapidly,growthwillmeanmorejobsandtherewillbegreatertolerance37tofluctuations.weshouldalsobeclearthatchinaseconomyishighlyresilientandhasmuchpotentialandamplespacetogrow,andwehaveafullrangeoftoolsofmacro-controlatourdisposal.themeasureswehavetakenaregoodbothfornowandforlonger-terminterests,andwillthereforeenableustopreventmajorfluctuationsandmakeahardlandingevenlesspossible.however,thisisnotdenyingthatourdevelopmentfacesdifficultiesandchallenges.onthecontrary,weareindeedconfrontedwithenormousdifficultiesandchallenges.
