elpipesthroughsettlementjointsalongwithwall,andcarryoutlayingaccordingtothefollowingfigure.镀锌钢管明配过沉降缝安装方法InstallingMethodofGalvanizedSteelPipeopenlyLayingSettlementJoints符号说明:SymbolExplanation1—预埋接线盒Built—interminalbox2-伸缩缝Expansionjoint3-接地线Groundwire4-金属软管Metalhose5—锡焊Soldering(9)管路固定及接地线做法详见下图:Pipelinefixtureandgroundwireareshowninthefollowingfigure.管路固定及接地线做法PipelineFixtureandGroundWire符号说明:SymbolExplanation:1-镀锌钢管Galvanizedsteelpipe2-接地卡Groundcard3—跨接地线Bridgegroundwire4—过路盒Passingbox5-接地线固定螺丝Fixedscrewingroundwire6-通丝管箍Harnesscordpipehoop(10)管路过梁做法详见下图Thepipelineastillenisshownasinthefollowingfigure:管路过梁做法PipelineAstillen符号说明:SymbolExplanation1-塑料胀栓Plasticexpandingbolt2-自攻螺钉Self—tappingbolt3-离墙管卡Wall—awaypipestrap4-镀锌钢管Galvanizedsteelpipe5-接地管卡Groundpipestrap6—接地线Groundwire7—管接头Unionjoint8—过路盒Passingbox2、管内穿线In-pipeThreading(1)工艺流程TechnologicalProcess:选择导线选择导线穿带线扫管放线及断线导线与带线绑扎戴护口穿线导线接头线路检查绝缘摇测LeadselectionLeadselectionLinestringTubeclearingLinepullingandcuttingColligationoftheleadandlineProtectionmouthwearingWiringLeadtie-inLinecheckingandinsulationtesting(2)选择导线SelectConductingWires:1)根据设计要求选择导线规格及型号.Selectthespecificationandmodelofconductingwireaccordingtodesignrequirements。2)绝缘层抽检:按制造标准,现场抽样检测绝缘层厚度和圆形线芯的直径,线芯直径误差不大于标称直径的1%;常用的BV型绝缘电线的绝缘层厚度不小于下表规定。Samplingcheckoninsulatinglayer:sampletocheckthethicknessofinsulatinglayerandthediameterofroundwirecoreatthespotaccordingtomanufacturingstandards.Theerrorofwirecoreshouldnotbemorethan1%oftheequivalentdiameter.ThethicknessofinsulatinglayerinnormalBVinsulatedwiresshouldnotbelessthantheregulationsinthefollowingtable。SerialNo.12345678910芯线标称截面积(mm2)Nominalcross-sectionareaofcore(mm2)1。52。546101625355070绝缘层厚度规定值(mm)Specifiedvalueofthicknessoninsulatinglayer0。70.80。80.81.01.01。21。21。41.4(3)穿带线:穿带线也是检查管路是否畅通,管路的走向及盒、箱的位置是否符合设计及施工图的要求。Strip:thestripisalsooneofrequirementstocheckwhetherthepipelineisdredgedaswhileasthedirectionofpipelineandthepositionofboxaccordwithdesignsandconstructiondrawings。(4)清扫管路PipelineCleaning:1)清扫管路的目的是清除管路中的灰尘、泥水等杂物.Theaimofpipelinecleaningistoeliminatemessessuchasdustandsediment.2)清扫管路的方法:将布条的两端牢固地绑扎在带线上,两人来回拉动带线,将管内杂物清净。Themethodofpipelinecleaningisasfollowing:bindthetwoendsofclothonastripline,twopersonnelpullthestriplinebackandforthandcleanthemessinpipe.(5)放线与断线Paying—offandWireBreakage:1)放线:放线时导线应置于放线架或放线车上。Paying-off:Whenpayingoff,theconductivewireshouldbeplacedonpaying—offsupportsorvehicles。2)断线:剪断导线时,导线的预留长度应按以下四种情况考虑:Wirebreakage:Whencutoff,thepre—leftlengthofconductivewireshouldbeconsideredaccordingtofoursituationsasfollowing.A、接线盒、开关盒及灯头盒内导线的预留长度应为15cm。Thepre-leftlengthofconductivewireinterminalbox,switchbox,andlamp-holderboxshouldbe15cm.B、配电箱内导线的预留长度应为配电箱体周长的1/2。Thepre-leftlengthofconductingwireindistributionboxshouldbe1/2circumferenceofdistributionbox.C、出户导线的预留长度应为1.5m。Thepre—leftlengthofoutputconductingwireshouldbe1.5m.D、共用导线在分支处,可不剪断导线而直接穿过.Atthebranchofcommonconductingwires,theconductingwiremaynotbecutofftopassthroughdirectly。(6)管内穿线ThreadinginPipe:1)钢管(电线管)在穿线前,应首先检查各个管口的护口是否齐整,如有遗漏或破损,均应补齐更换。Beforethreadingthesteelpipe(wirepipe),firstlycheckwhethershieldsateverypipeorificeareingoodorder.Ifthereissomeleakageordamage,allofthemshouldbesupplementedandreplaced。2)当管路较长或转弯较多时,要在穿线的同时往管内吹入适量的滑石粉.Ifthepipelineislongerortherearemoreswerves,inbreathesomesuitabletalcinthepipewhilethreading。3)两人穿线时,应配合协调,一拉一送。Whenthreading,bothpersonnelshouldcoordinateharmoniously,onepullsandtheotherreleases。(7)导线连接WireConnection:1)单芯线并接头:导线并齐合拢。在距约12mm处用其中一根线芯在连接端缠绕5-7圈后剪断,把余头并齐折回压在缠绕线上进行涮锡处理。Singlecorewithparalleljoint:conductingwiresarecombinedandgatheredup.At12mmtoit,useawirecorewinding5~7circlesatthejointandthencutoff.Combinetherestandfoldthematthewindwiretocarryoutthetreatmentofrinsingtin。2)不同直径导线接头:如果是独根(导线截面小于2。5mm2)或多芯软线时,则应先进行涮锡处理。再将细线在粗线上距离绝缘层15mm处交叉,并将线端部向粗导线(独根)端缠绕5-7圈,将粗导线端折回压在细线上,最后再做涮锡处理。Wirejointswithdifferentdiameter:ifasinglecord(thecrosssectionofwireislessthan2.5mm2)oramultiplecord,firstlycarryoutthetreatmentofrinsingtin。Then,crossthefilamentattheheavygaugewireat15mmawayfromtheinsulatinglayer,andwindtheendofwiretowardstheendofheavygaugewire(single)for5~7circles,foldtheendofheavygaugewirebacktopressonthefilament,andfinallydothetreatmentofrinsingtin.(8)导线包扎BindingupConductingWire:首先用橡胶(或粘塑料)绝缘带从导线接头处始端的完好绝缘层开始,在包扎过程中应尽可能的收紧绝缘带。采用橡胶绝缘带包扎时,应将其拉长2倍后再进行缠绕.然后再用黑胶布包扎,导线接头处两端应用黑胶布封严密。Firstly,usearubber(orviscousplastic)insulatedtapetobeginfromtheintactinsulatinglayeratthebeginningofwirejoint.Inthebindingprocess,fraptheinsulatedtapeassoonaspossible.Whenadoptingarubberinsulatedtapetobind,carryoutbindingafterdrawingitmorethan2times,andthenbindwithablackrubberizedfabric.Thetwoendsofwirejointshouldbesealedcloselywiththeblackrubberizedfabric。(9)线路检查及绝缘摇测LineCheckandInsulatingShake—measure:1)线路检查:检查导线接、焊、包是否符合施工验收规范及质量验评标准的规定。不符合规定时应立即纠正,检查无误后再进行绝缘摇测.Linecheck:Checkwhethertheconnection,weld,orwraponconductingwiremeetwiththespecificationofconstructionacceptanceandtheregulationofqualitycheckstandard.Ifnotmeetwithregulations,rectifythemimmediately。Carryouttheinsulatingshake-measureagainaftercheckingwithoutanyerror。2)绝缘摇测:线路的绝缘摇测一般选用500V、量程为0-500MΩ的兆欧表。Insulatingshake-measure:Theinsulatingshake-measureoflinemayselecta500Vmegohmmeterthatthemeasurementrangeis0~500MΩ。3)一般线路绝缘摇测有以下两种情况:Therearetwosituationsasfollowingsfornormallineinsulatingshake-measure。A、电气器具未安装前进行线路绝缘摇测时,首先将灯头盒内导线分开,开关盒内导线连通。摇测应将干线和支线分开,一人摇测,一人应及时读数并记录。摇动速度应保持在120r/min左右,读数应采用lmin后的读数为宜。Whencarryingoutalineinsulatingshake—measurebeforenotinstallingelectricappliance,separateconductingwiresinlampholderboxfirstly,theconductingwiresinswitchboxareconnected.Whenashake—measure,separatethemainlinewiththebranchline。Oneistomakeashake-measure,andtheothershouldreadandrecordreadingsintime.Theshakespeedshouldbekeptabout120r/min,andthereadingissuitabletoadoptthatof1minutelater.B、电气器具全部安装完在送电前进行摇测,应先将线路上的开关刀闸、仪表、设备等用电开关全部置于断开位置,摇测方法同上所述,确认绝缘摇测无误后再进行送电试运行。Carryoutshake-measurebeforetransmittingpowersupplyafterallelectricapplianceshavebeeninstalledcompletely,firstlyputallelectricswitchessuchasknifeswitches,instruments,andequipmentsincircuitatthepositionofswitchoff.Themethodofshake—measureissameastheabove。Carryoutthetestrunoftransmittingpowersupplyagainafterconfirmingthereisnoerrorwithinsulatingshake—measure.3、桥架线槽安装InstallingBridgeandRaceway:本工程配电干线采用电缆桥架线槽明敷于吊顶、机房、配电竖井内,具体的施工流程和控制节点如下:Themainlinefordistributionintheprojectadoptsthecablecranespanstructureslotlayingopenlyonsuspendedceilings,generatorrooms,ordistributionshafts。Thespecificconstructionflowandcontrolnodeareasfollowings.(1)工艺流程TechnologicalProcess:保护地线安装保护地线安装配线线路检查及绝缘摇测弹线定位预留孔洞螺栓固定支架吊架预埋铁金属膨胀螺栓安装预埋吊杆吊架焊接固定支架吊架桥架安装PProtectthefixingofearthlineDistributionlineCheckinglinesandhandlingmeasureOrientationofelasticlinePreformedholesBoltfixingholderandsuspenderPreembedironFixmetalexpandingboltsPreembedsuspenderandhangingstructureJointingholderandsuspenderFixingcranespanstructure(2)外观检查:部件齐全,表面光滑、无棱刺、不变形;厚度均匀、涂层完整,无锈蚀;Appearancecheck:partsareallcomplete,smoothsurfacewithoutanyedgeordeformation.Thethicknessiseven,completecoatingwithoutanyrust。(3)桥架支吊架安装InstallationofCrane—span-structureSupportandHangerFrame:1)水平桥架吊装采用圆钢作吊杆,角钢作横担,砼结构上安装吊架采用膨胀螺栓在顶板上固定。Thehoistingofhorizontalcranespanstructureadoptaroundbarsteelasaboomwhileananglesteelasacrossarm.Thehangerframeinstalledonconcretestructuremayadoptanexpansionbolttofixontheroof.2)竖向桥架支架采用型钢制作,固定件应与桥架配套。支架固定在墙体或楼板上,采用膨胀螺栓固定.Theverticalsupportofcranespanstructureadoptsastructuralsteeltomake,andthefixedfittingshouldbeequippedwithacranespanstructure。Thesupportisfixedonawallorfloor,andadoptsanexpansionbolttofix。3)电缆桥架吊装吊杆间距:水平距离为2m,垂直方向为1。5m。各支架同层横担应在同一水平面上,其高低偏差小于±5mm。桥架支撑点躲开接头处,距接头处0.5m为宜,在桥架拐弯和分支处,距分支点0。5m加支持点;支吊架距上层楼板不应小于150-200mm,距地面高度不应低于100-150mm;Theintervalonhoistingboomofcablecranespanstructureisshownasfollowing:thehorizontaldistanceis2m,theverticalis1。5m。Thecrossarmatsamelayerineverysupportshouldbeatasamelevel,anditshigh—lowerrorislessthan±5mm.Thesupportpointofcranespanstructureisawayfromthejointanditissuitableforthedistancebeing0。5mtothejoint。Attheturningorbranchofcranespanstructure,andthereisanaddedsupportpointat0.5mtothebranchpoint。Thedistancefromsupportandhangerframetoupperfloorshouldnotbelessthan150~200mm,thedistancetothegroundlevelshouldnotbelessthan100~150m。(4)金属电缆桥架、线槽及其支架和引入或引出的金属电缆导管接地(PE)必须符合下列规定:Theground(PE)ofmetalcablecranespanstructure,slot,anditsleading—inorleading-outofmetalcableguidetubemustmeetwithfollowingregulations。1)金属电缆桥架线槽及其支架全长应不少于2处与接地(PE)干线相连接;Themetalcablecranespanstructureslotanditswholelengthofsupportshouldnotbelessthan2sectionstoconnectwiththemainlineofground(PE)。2)镀锌电缆桥架、线槽间连接板的两端不跨接接地线,但连接板两端必须有不少于2个有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接固定螺栓;Thetwoendsofjunctionplatebetweengalvanizedcablecranespanstructureandslotdoesnotbridgewiththegroundwire,buttheremustbetwojamnutsorfixedconnectingboltsoflockwasheratleast。3)非镀锌电缆桥架间连接板的两端跨接铜芯接地线,接地线最小允许截面积不小于4mm2;Thetwoendsofjunctionplatebetweennon—galvanizedcablecranespanstructuresbridgethegroundwiresofcoppercores。Theminimumallowablecrosssectionofgroundwireshouldnotbelessthan4mm2。(5)桥架安装BridgeInstallation:1)直线段钢制电缆桥架长度超过30米应设伸缩节;跨越变形缝处设置补偿装置,线槽本身应断开,槽内用内连接板搭接,不许固定,保护地线和槽内导线均应留有补偿余量;过沉降缝安装如下图:Whenthelengthofsteelcablecranespanstructureinthestraightlinesectionismorethan30meters,anexpansionjointshouldbesetup。Atthecrossingdeformationseam,acompensationsystemshouldbesetup,andtheslotitselfshouldbebroken.Intheslot,ajunctionplatemaybeusedtojoinandnotfixed。Bothprotectivegroundwireandconductingwireinslotshouldhavesomecompensationallowances。Theinstallationofover-settlementjointisshownasinthefollowingfigure.线槽伸缩节安装做法InstallationonSlotExpansionJoint符号说明:SymbolExplanation:1-线槽Slot2-线槽吊具Slotsling3-线槽盖Slotcover4-橡胶衬圈Rubberbushring5—连接盖板Connectingcoverplate6-跨接线2)电缆桥架转弯处的弯曲半径,不小于桥架内电缆最小允许弯曲半径,电缆最小允许弯曲半径见下表:Thebendradiusattheturningofcablecranespanstructureshouldnotbelessthantheminimumallowablebendradiusofcableincranespanstructure。Theminimumallowablebendradiusofcableisshowninthefollowingtable。序号SerialNo.电缆种类CableCategory最小允许弯曲半径MinimumAllowableBendRadius1无铅包钢铠护套的橡皮绝缘电力电缆Rubberinsu
