形式的被动式分一般式和完成式1.一般式:表示这个被动的动作正在进行或与谓语表示的动作同时发生。2.完成式:强调这个被动的动作在谓语动词所表示的动作之前完成。

三、动词-ing的被动式的句法功能1.做主语。如:

Sobeingkilledbysharkswasacommonthing.2.做宾语，用在介词后或需要带-ing

形式作宾语的动词后。如:Georgedidn'tlikebeingkeptwaiting.Hewasterrifiedofbeingabandonedbyus.DoyourememberhavingbeentakentoBeijingattheageoften?3.做表语。如:

Whatworriedthechildmostwashisnotbeingallowedtovisithismotherinthehospital.4.做定语。如:

Theproblembeingdiscussedisofgreatimportance.5.做状语。如:

Havingbeenshownaroundtheschool,weweretakentoseethelibrary.6.做补足语。如:

Aswedrewcloser,Icouldseeawhalebeingattackedbyapackofsixotherkillers.Whenweapproachedhim,IsawJamesbeingheldupinthewaterbyOldTom.Notes.1.作定语时，“being+过去分词”

表示正在进行的动作；done表示一般过去或已经完成的动作；tobedone表示将要发生的董作。例如：

a)正在建造的房屋，完工后将用作我们的图书馆。

形式的被动式主要在句子中作状语、宾语补足语和定语，但V-ing

形式的完成被动式一般在句中作状语（偶尔作非限定定语），不作其它成分。Notes2：thedesignofthenewbridgebeingbuilt.NothavingbeencompletedThewholeclassroomhavingbeencleaned,thestudentswenthomehappily.3.V-ing

形式的被动式逻辑主语（即动作的承受者）如果也是主句的主语，就不需要出示出来，但是如果逻辑主语不是主句的主语，就需要把V-ing

形式自己的主语表示出来。如：独立主格结构是由主格人称代词或通格+-ing

构成.Timepermitting,we'llgoouting.

如果时间允许,我们就去效游.独立格结构在句中作状语,表示伴随时间,条件,原因,让步,相当于状语从句或并列句.

Hehearingthenews,tearsofjoycameintohiseyes.=Assoonasheheardthenews,tearsofJoycameintohiseyes.4.在want、need、deserve、require、repay、bear、take等动词及形容词worth后，习惯用动词-ing的主动形式表示被动意义，相当于“tobedone"。如：

Mywatchneedsrepairing．我的手表需要修理。Thewaydeservesmentioning．这个方法值得一提。

Theseyoungtreeswillrequirelookingaftercarefully．这些小树需要细心照顾。
