除泥清洁器使用说明书1、概述2、型号意义及时性要技术参数3、工作原理及结构特点4、安装与使用5、维护与保养、概述随着钻井技术的不断进步,水平井,定向井等钻井新技术、新工艺的不断推广应用,钻井液的技术性能与钻井速度和钻井质量的矛盾日益突出,如何经济有效地提高,特别是稳定钻井液的技术指标,清除钻井液中的有害固相,满足钻井新技术工艺的需求,已成为石油钻井技术发展和进步的重要技术攻关课题。为此我公司从实际出发,设计制造了ZCNQ—120X10型除泥器,该产品可广泛用于钻井液的三级净化,可有效地清除悬浮在钻井液中大于 30微米的固相颗粒,是稳定、调节钻井液技术指标不可缺少的重要设施之一。ZCNQ—120X10型除泥器,设计与双排直线或斜线组合式旋流器组和细目振动筛,通过调节旋流和筛架角度可实现加重钻井液中的重晶石回收和非加重钻井液的一般使用,ZCNQ—120X10型除泥器选用5寸浇注型聚氨脂旋流器,适用范围大,耐磨损不堵塞,筛架后角可调整不跑泥浆, 140/40目缝织筛网强度高,使用寿命长,整体结构紧凑合理,安装调节方便,性能稳定可靠,维护保养简单。二、型号意义及主要技术参数1、型号意义120mm1、型号意义120mmZCNQ120X10a旋流器部分:灌注进液管直径©159,溢流排出管直径©159,工作压力:0.30—0.39Mpa.
旋流器组数:,处理量:160m3/h,旋流器公称直径©116,进液口直径2〃,溢流口直径2〃,底流口直径©14。b除泥器部分筛网1800X600,140目/40目,激振力0—10KN,振幅2mm,电机0.5千瓦,转速1445r/min。C、其它:外型尺寸:(长X宽X高)1500X900X1850重量:900Kg三、工作原理及结构特点:工作原理:ZCNQ—120X10型除泥器主要由灌注进液管、溢流排出管、旋流器组、振动筛及底座、支座等组成。工作时,含有悬浮固相颗粒的钻井液在压力作用下,由灌注进液管经旋流器上部圆柱蜗壳部位的切向入口进入旋流器旋转下移,,由于钻井液中的固相与液相间存在着密度差,且加上旋流器上大下小,钻井液越向下运动,获得的角速度就越大,从而获得更大的径向加速度,固相颗粒近靠锥壁加速下移并经底流口排出,而密度低的液相在旋流器的进口处就在形成低压涡流,向下旋流运动的液相也将在底部产生挤压而反而向上移,从溢流口排出返回循环系统。此外,经旋流器挤出的底流落到振动筛网上,透筛的钻井液中粒度大的重晶石返回循环系统,筛上有害物固相被排除。(见图一)气粒孩心 +钻芹潘|厂湛流却:出固相运动线略\\荷密固招液相运动践路R■f固相运动线略\\荷密固招液相运动践路R■fI旋垃翟j钻茹港循环系统四、安装与使用ZCNQ-120X10型除泥器在其顶部设计有两个吊环,供装运安装使用,两个©要159短节,供换向和焊法兰或弯头、倒刺管等使用,安装时,可视现场情况,将除泥器牢固地装在1#或2#罐上的适当位置,然后依据需要,用6〃胶管或6〃钢管把灌注砂泵的排除口和除泥器的灌注液进口牢固地连接起来, 检查设备外部是否有碰坏或不下沉情况,去除振动筛压紧板,接通振动筛电机电源,通电检查电机旋转方向和振动筛工作情况,将各运动部位加涂适量油脂,开动灌注泵,查看压力表压力是否在工作压力范围检查各连接部位有无刺漏现象,如有刺漏,可拧紧刺漏部位的螺丝,调整旋流吕底流螺母,使其底流成伞状排出。停用时,应先将砂泵关闭,冬季放净泵中泥浆,将筛网冲洗干净,关掉振动筛电机电源,检查各部位有否异常。另外,对非加重钻井液的使用时,可将振动筛筛架后部调高,使筛上物尽快排出,对加重泥浆,将筛架放底,以尽可能多的回收重晶石,以减少泥浆成本。五、维护与保养:除泥器使用完后,应彻底清洗筛网,严禁用铁锨拍打或用其它硬物刷刮筛面,以保证筛网的使用寿命。ContentsGeneralSymbolsandprimarytechnicalparametersPrincipieofworkandfeaturesofstructureInstallationandoperationMaintenanceIGeneralWiththecontinuousinnovationofthedrillingtechnologyandthesuccessivegeneralizationandapplicationofnewtechnologyandprocesses,suchashorizontalanddeflecteddrillingwells,thecontradictionbetweenthetechnicalperformanceofdrillingfluidanddrillingspeedandqualityincreasinglyemerges.Howeffectivelyandeconomicallytoincrease,especiallystabilizethetechnicalcriteriafordrillingfluid,toremovetheharmfulsolidsindrillingfluid,andtomeettheprocessdemandofnewdrillingfluid,andtomeettheprocessdemandofnewdrillingtechnology,becomesakeytechnicalresearchtask.Throughthewidefieldinvestigationandtechnicaldemonstration,andaccordingtothecurrentconditionsofsomeoilfieldsinourcountry,ourplantpracticallydesignsandmanufacturesZCNQ—120x10mudremover.Widelyappliedthepurificationofdrillingfluidinthreelevels,theproducteffectivelyremovessolidgranulesofover30micronssuspendingindrillingfluid,thusbeingoneofthenecessarykeydevicestostabilizeandadjustthetechnicalfordrillingfluid.ZCNQ—120X10mudremoverisdesignedtoconfiguredouble-rowstraightorobliqueintegratedswirlerassemblyandvibrationscreenoffinemeshes,andtocompetetherecoveryofbariteinheavy-weightdrillingfluidandgeneralapplicationofordinarydrillingfluidbyadjustingthebottomflowofswirlerandtheangleofscreensupport.Forit,afive-nchcastingpolyurethaneswirlerisused,withwideapplication,strongabrasionresistanceandnostoppage,andtherearangleofscreensupportmaybeadjustedtoavoidingtheleakageofmud,and140/40-meshsewingscreenclothwithhighstrengthandlongservicelifeisused.Theequipmentisfeaturedbyimpactedandproperoverallstructure,easyinstallationandadjustment,stableandreliableperformanceandsimplemaintenance.IISymbolsandprimarytechnicalparameters(1)Symbols
