So, In the teaching procedure,Ill take the

Teaching goals:Knowledge goals:A:The Ss will be able to recognize and read the words:want、some、juice、food、make、tomato、egg、potato、dumplings.B: The Ss will be able to use the main sentence patterns: “ Do you want some rice? Yes, please. or No, thanks.”Ability goals:To de
3、scribe and talk correct sentences “ Do you want some rice? Yes, please. or No, thanks.Emotional goals:A: Express request permission and allow others to do something.B: To develop Ss interest in English and build up self-confidence in language study.Teaching important and difficult points: Teaching i
4、mportant points: to ask and answer, and describe correctly. Teaching difficult points: Talk about “ Do you want some rice? in English freely.Part two:Teaching and learning methodsTeaching method: To arouse students interest of learning, I will use games, communicative and happy methods.Learning meth
5、od: Oral practice, group work and presentation will be used in this class.Teaching aid: PPT, pictures and word cards.Part three:Teaching procedureStep1: Greeting and warm up Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you!Im your new English teacher,Miss Ding. Do you like listening to music? Now,Lets look a
6、nd listen . Through greeting and listening, let the Ss well prepare for the class, and build active English learning atmosphere.Step2: Lead in and presentation. First,Ill show some pictures of food on the big screen. OK, boys and girls, We can see some food. (PPT) Look here. You may call out the nam
7、es of the food. For example:(PPT) “ oranges、riceetc”, youll say it as quickly as you can. Then,Ill have the Ss play a missing game. Let the Ss look at the picture carefully, and find whats missing?If its the correct answer, I will show the picture on the screen.(PPT). I will use the same way to help
8、 the Ss to review .Do you like game? Lets play a game. Next, Ill tell the Ss both of rice,noodles are food. Follow me, (food, food建议:带入自然拼读,加TPR) There s some food. Follow me, (some food,some food). Here is a big restaurant. There is some food. Can you guess?What are they? I will show a part of one
9、picture on the screen and let the Ss guess. For example, boys and girls, look at the picture. Whats this? Let the Ss look and guess,then check the answer. Now look,here are some noodles and egg, follow me, “egg、egg”(建议:带入自然拼读,加TPR) So we can say “noodles with egg”. I will use phonics to help the Ss
10、learn the following new words, juice dumplings,tomato) Next,I will let the Ss look at the screen and help them to say(PPT) “rice、noodles with egg、dumplings,all of them are fast food. Follow me.(fast food、fast food) Im Chinese, I like Chinese fast food. I like rice so much. Do you like rice? Do you w
11、ant some rice? Maybe most of Ss can not understand the meaning. I will take out some sweets . (拿出糖来剥,凑到一个人面前问:Do you want some sweets? Follow me , (want、want TPR指着PPT、Do you want some sweets?) , most of the Ss will say “ Yes” I will help them say “ Yes, please.” Maybe a few Ss will say “ No” I will
12、help them say “ No, thanks.”At the same time Ill write them on the blackboard. Through listening、looking and speaking, arouse Ss interest in learning. The Ss can master the important points of this unit.Step3 Consolidation1、Practice I will show a picture of food on the screen and say(PPT) “look, som
13、e noodles with egg, Do you want some.?”Use this way to review the sentence pattern “ Do you want some.? Yes,please./ No,thanks.” Next, I will show more pictures , Let the Ss look at the picture, ask and answer each I will do a demo. I will ask the student, “ Do you want some.?” If the student answer
14、 “ Yes,please”,I will give the student the food card. If you have the food card,please come to the front ,then ask your classmates. Through practicing,the Ss can master the difficult points of this unit easily.Group work:Who wants to be the waitor or waitress?I will invite some of the Ss to come to the front and the Ss discuss in group and complete the conversation by performing .
