Mice are injected with 75mg/kg D-luciferin in 100L of phosphate-buffered saline subcutaneously near the scapula and were placedin the light-tight chamber of the imaging system under isofl

Beginning 5min after injection,dorsal luminescent images with an exposure time of 1s are acquired sequentially at a rate of one image permin until 20min after D-luciferin injection.
