1、 RDFK Hydraulic Valve Remote Control System USER MANUAL For For Flow Meter Position Indicator 5. 0 现场调试 由于现场液压管路的长度及 被控制的阀门直径大小不同， 需要 在现场实地进行如下调试 注意： 在现场调试前，必 须检查全部液压管路的清 洁， 以免液压管路内的垃圾 和其他杂质进入指示器或 电磁阀， 使系统不能正常工 作。 在调试前首先要将液压管路 内的空气尽量排除。 同时按着 S1 / S2 通电, 开 机初始化。 按一下 S3 键进入设定 A 模 式， L1 灯闪亮，显示当时计 数值。 操

2、作该阀门，使其完全关闭， 按一下 S1 键，清零计数值， L1 灯常亮。 再操作该阀门，使其完全开 启， 按一下 S2 键， 将当时的 计数值存储，作满度值，右侧 八个 LED 灯亮。 用万用表测量 全开启是否是 20mA 输出，如 果电流不准， 可以通过调节内 部电位器. 再按一下 S3 键， 设定补偿修 正值，本值仅是参考值，用于 补偿由液压系统延迟引起阀 门继续转动的角度， 若补偿不 足可加大。 再按三下 S3 键， 显示状态经 过 L1-L11 交叉闪亮后，回到 显示液压阀百分比状态， 此时 因为阀门全开，所以 L1-L11 全亮，显示 100%开启度。 最后， 可反复操作液压控制阀

4、order to avoid the refuse and other impurities in the pipe lines coming into the indicator or the solenoid valve and thus the system cannot function properly. First remove the air in the pipe lines as far as possible before adjusting. Switch on power supply after pressing pushbuttons of S1 and S2 si

5、multaneously for initialization of start up. Enter setting mode A by pressing S3 , meanwhile LED lamp L1 lights with flashing to display current count value. Operate this valve to make it full closed, then press S1 to clear count. Now the LED L1 is lighting steady. Operate this valve again to full o

6、pen position, then save current count value as full scale value by pressing S2 , meanwhile 8 LEDs on right side light. After that measuring the output current of full scale to see if it is 20mA output. If this current is not correct, it may adjust the inner potentiometer on PCB to calibrate. Press S

7、3 again to set compensation value. Note that this value is only for reference value which used to compensate the angle of valve continuous moving caused by delay effect of hydraulic system. Compensation may be increased if insufficient. Press S3 again, LEDs now show the valve position indication at

8、the form of percentage after L1-L11 cross flashing. 10、开度指示器 与阀门实际位置不一致 如果用应急操作手动泵对液 压遥控阀门操作后， 阀门的开 启度改变， 使实际的阀门开启 度与指示的不一致。此时， 仅 仅需要将该阀门从全关闭 全开启全关闭， 操作一个周 期， 该指示器就恢复原来正常 的工作状态。 同样， 当液压管路压力卸压后 断电， 当管路压力重新达到工 作压力，上电后，也会使实际 的阀门开启度与指示的不一 致。 仅仅需要将该阀门从全关 闭全开启全关闭， 操作一 个周期， 该指示器就恢复原来 正常的工作状态。 如果操作后还不能够消除故 障， 参见第 4 节 “调试及设定” 的方法，对该指示器重调试。 6.0 Troubleshooting: 6
