YLYLKK系列6kV中型立式三相异步电动机样本

1、YL、YLKK系列（6kV）中型立式三相异步电动机YL.YLKK SERIES MEDIUM SIZE（6kV ） THREE-PHASE VERTICAL TYPE ASYNCHRONOUS MOTORSYL、YLKK系列中型高压三相异步电动机（机座号 355-630）的功率等级、电气性能和安装 尺寸及公差均符合国家标准 GB755旋转电机定额和性能、国际电工委员会标准IEC34-1旋转 电机定额和性能和机械行业标准 JB/T7593、JB/T10315.1、JB/T10315.2等。本系列电动机的外壳防护等级根据 GB4942.1和IEC34-5旋转电机外壳防护等级 的标准分 别有IP23

2、、IP44和IP54四种。电动机采用国际上流行的箱式结构，机座和端盖均由钢板焊接而成，刚度好、重量轻。定子采用外压装结构。定子绕组采用 F级绝缘材料和防晕材料，绕组端部固定采用特殊绑扎 工艺、牢固可靠，整个定子采用真空压力浸漆 F级无溶剂漆（VPI）处理。由此，电动机具有优 良可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击能力。本系列电动机鼠笼转子有铸铝和铜条两种。铸铝转子由纯铝浇铸而成，无转子断条现象，使 用可靠；电动机转子采用铜笼转子时转子导条与端环采用中频焊接，且转子铜条经槽内紧固工艺 处理，因而具有较高的可靠性。YL、YLKK Series,medium size high Voltage,three-

4、s JB/T/7593 JB/T10315.1etc.The grade of protection for outer cover in accordance with GB4942 and IEC34-5 Rotating electric motor outer cover protective grad standard,there are four grades ie IP23 IP44 and IP54.The construction of these series is a world wide current tank shape.the motors grame is ma

5、de of steel plate and welded into a form,thus the rigidiy is good and with a light weight.The stator with outer-press-assembly structure is adopted.stator is made of F-grade insulation and electric-crown proof material,a special banding technology is used for winding end part fastening.the whole sta

6、tor is treated by VPI with F grade solution technology.by this means motor will possess good and reliable insulation property and moisture proof,anti-inpact capability.The rotor may be divioled into two modes i.e.casting aluminium and copper bar mode.Castmg aluminium rotor is casted with pure aiumin

7、ium which are reliable in operation and there is not such phenomenon of rotor conductord to be broken up.The motor's rotor copper conductors and end rings adopt mid frequency welding when its rotor adopt copper-cage rotor,the rotor copper conductors are featured by high reliability via dealing w
