1、Eating/Dining Etiquette,A formal place setting consists of:,service plate, positioned so the pattern “picture” faces the dinner. butter plate, placed above the forks at the left of the place setting. wineglasses, positioned according to size. salad fork, placed directly to the left of the plate, ass
2、uming salad is served after the entree.,-meat fork, positioned to the left of the salad fork. -fish fork, positioned to the left of the meat fork; since it is used first, it is to the outside left. -salad knife, just to the right of the plate. -meat knife, place to the right of the salad knife. -fis
