地理标志产品汉寿玉臂藕

1范围

本文件规定了地理标志产品汉寿玉臂藕的保护范围、环境条件、栽培管理、采收时间、质量要求、

检验方法、检验规则和标志标签、包装、运输与贮存。

本文件适用于原国家质量监督检验检疫总局2012年第208号公告批准保护的汉寿玉臂藕。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

汉寿玉臂藕HanshouYuBiRoot

主藕长达1.5m~1.8m,横径7cm~8cm,有4节~5节,最大节间长30cm,藕孔9个,单支全藕

重2.8kg~4kg;藕外皮和肉色均为玉白色,藕身均匀,口味清脆香甜等特征的藕。

4保护范围

湖南省汉寿县行政区域内的洲口镇、坡头镇、岩汪湖镇、蒋家嘴镇、沧港镇、崔家桥镇、龙潭桥镇、

酉港镇、罐头嘴镇、聂家桥乡、株木山街道、龙阳街道、辰阳街道、沧浪街道共14个乡镇街道(见附

录A)。

注1:行政区域调整,原18个乡镇调整为以上14个乡镇街道。

注2:崔家桥镇的原三和乡、崔家桥镇涵盖区域不在保护范围内。

5环境条件

5.1土壤条件

选择河湖冲沉积物发育的低洼平湖区,土壤质地为沙壤,pH5.5~6.5,土壤有机质含量不小于

25.0g/kg,耕作层25cm以上。

5.2灌溉用水

水体循环通畅,自净能力强,水质洁净,符合GB5084规定。

6栽培管理

6.1品种

汉寿县地方品种“玉臂藕”。

6.2种藕

6.2.1藕种应具有本品种典型特征,藕种纯度大于95%,藕身完整,芽头饱满、无病斑、无损伤,单

个种藕藕支应至少具有1个顶芽、2个节间、3个节。

6.2.2藕种适当带泥,宜随挖随栽,如果不能及时栽植,用湿泥包裹并覆草浇水保存,从采挖到定植

时间应控制在10d以内。

6.3大田准备

整地前,清除田间及田埂杂草、作物残体。定植前10d~15d,施有机肥45000kg/hm2或饼肥

1500kg/hm2,过磷酸钙1050kg/hm2,生石灰1200kg/hm2。

6.4大田定植

4月上中旬在日平均气温稳定在15℃以上定植,株行距2m×2.5m,用种量2250kg/hm2~3000

kg/hm2。定植时主芽头呈10°~20°斜插泥中5cm~10cm,尾梢翘出泥面。

6.5大田管理

6.5.1水深调节

定植期至萌发期水深保持5cm~10cm,立叶出现后,水深随莲藕长势,逐步加深到1m以上。

6.5.2除草

定植前,结合耕翻整地清除杂草。定植后至封行前,人工拔除杂草。

6.5.3病虫害防治

遵循“预防为主、综合防治”的原则,采取以农业防治、理化诱控、生物防治为主,化学防治为应

急防控手段的防治策略。农药使用应符合NY/T393的相关规定。

7采收时间

9月下旬开始采收,一直延续到翌年4月。

8质量要求

8.1感官要求

每根主藕长达1.5m~1.8m,横径7cm~8cm,有4节~5节,最大节间长约30cm,藕孔9个,

单支全藕重约2.8kg~4kg;藕外皮和肉色均为玉白色,藕身均匀,口味清脆香甜。

8.2理化指标

理化指标应符合表1的规定。

应符合GB2762的规定。

8.4农药最大残留限量

应符合GB2763的规定。

9检验方法

9.1感官检验

9.1.1取样

从每批供试样品中随机抽取样品5根至10根(以样品中的总节段数不少于20节为宜)。

9.1.2形态、色泽、口感

用目测、鼻嗅和口尝等方法检测样品形态、色泽、口感等项目。

9.1.3主藕长度、节间长及横径

用卷尺、直尺逐个测量样品长度及最大直径处的长度,测量结果保留小数点后一位。

9.1.4重量

用感量1g的电子天平或用台秤逐个称量样品的质量,测量结果保留整数。

9.2理化指标检验

9.2.1水分

按GB5009.3的规定执行。

9.2.2可溶性糖

按NY/T1278的规定执行。

9.2.3淀粉

按GB5009.9的规定执行。

9.2.4蛋白质

按GB5009.5的规定执行。

10检验规则

10.1组批

同一产地、相同种植条件和同时采收的玉臂藕作为一个检验批次。

10.2抽样

10.2.1按照同批次抽取检验样品数量不少于10根,分为两份,一份用于检验,一份作留样备查。

10.2.2报检单填写的项目应与实货相符,凡与实货不符合品种、规格混淆不清,包装容器严重损坏者,

应由交货单位重新整理后再行抽样。

10.3交付检验

每批次产品交收前,生产单位都要进行交收检验,交收检验内容为感官要求,检验合格后方可交收。

10.4型式检验

型式检验内容包含本文件规定的全部内容,每年应进行一次,有下列情形之一者应进行型式检验:

——申请使用地理标志产品保护专用标志时;

——产品监督管理机构提出要求时。

10.5判定规则

每批次受检产品的感官不合格率按其所检单位(如每箱、每袋)的平均值计算时,其值不应超过

5%,且其中任意一件的不合格率不超过10%,则判定感官合格。

11标志标签、包装、运输及贮存

11.1标志标签

11.1.1产品的包装储运图示标志应符合GB/T191的规定。

11.1.2地理标志专用标志应符合地理标志专用标志使用管理相关规定。

11.2包装

宜采用纸箱包装,应无毒、无害、无污染,应符合GB/T6543的规定。

11.3运输

运输过程中应防冻、防晒、保湿、通风散热、防止污染。

11.4贮存

贮藏条件最佳温度3℃~7℃,相对湿度90%~95%。采挖出土后,产品用泥土除杂后调成泥糊,

充分均匀涂布于藕体,然后用湿草包捆贮存及包装,贮存过程中应防止污染。
