职校学生的英语水平。但是就我们所获得的评分

结果来看,显然学生们的适应情况普遍较差。这

是因为多年英语教育的中心偏重语法轻听说技能, 考教分离,使多数学生难以接受。校内长期以来

的阶段性学习效果检查模式是:与教材内容相结

合,给出复习范围,指定考查题型。因此,水平

检测考试让学生们失去了“针对性”复习,没了

A 朗读(满分15 分)口语A平均分:11.3失误分析:1.生词问题:quarrel,bundle,untie,stick, bound等2.朗读不连贯,重复太多,语音语调,连读,不完全爆 破方面欠缺,3.心理因素很重要:过于紧张,声音颤抖,发音失误(talk读成take:I

B口语B平均分:8.723看图说话(满分15分)失误分析:1.内容单薄,思维不连贯,大部分学生对图画只是进行了简单的描述,比如This

library.... 而没有自己的评论,所以讲了4、5句话后就无话可说了。•2.偏离图片内容,只为拖延时间3.用词及语法错误在语言组织过程中对语法的正确应用相当脆弱,“There

have”、“They is”的错误比比皆是4.无意义重复太多:There

library.相当一部分学生的不知道自己在2分钟准备时间内应该做什么,怎么准备;大 部分学生后面的一分钟就没话可讲啦参加试测学校的建议•1.所有参考学校都认为这套听说测试的题型符合课表的要 求,从内容,难度等方面都十分适合学生的实际,听说能 力要求比较清晰,比较具有正确的导向性和职教特色。2.从学生的学习兴趣入手,讲究教学策略,丰富教学手 段,充实教学内容等3.坚持课堂上的听说训练,多给学生课堂上的表现与展 示他们语言的的机会4.多组织些全市的或者片区的教研活动,大家可以互相 学习,共同提高5.尽早出一套符合中值得听说教材6.建立一个可以全市中职校资源共享的听说资料平台7.课程应落实最基本的语言交际能力的培养,同时增加 些专业性的内容8.学生不是做题的机器,而是能用英语表达自己的思想, 用语言进行焦急的学习者。9.希望教材在编写中更能体现培养学生的听说能力,能有 更多的配套练习让学生在听力、口语方法进行操练;10.老师在课堂教学中除了传授必要的语言知识外,能更 多的组织学生进行听力训练,鼓励学生开口说英语,把学 到的知识真正的用起来;11.除了课堂教学以为,应多让学生进行朗读,培养语感, 改善语音面貌,更应该给学生多创造口语锻炼的机会,让 学生彻底告别“哑巴英语”;12.看图说话较难,是否可以给出几个关键词?13.建议增加阅读、汉译英,允许学生带字典进考场等等。14.建立一套更加科学的,易操作的中职听说测试及评价 体系15.应该建立多元化的评价体系,让英语教学“活”起来。教学建议1.进一步熟悉课标,准确把握课程的理念与目标上海市中等职业学校英语课程标准课程理念在以学生职业发展为本,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的思想指导下,英语 课程应体现如下理念:(1)注重基础,突出实用性在传授核心基础知识的前提下,应注重基本技能的训练;要根据职业发展需 要,突出实用性,为学生使用英语交际和学习专业英语创造条件。……(3)任务驱动,凸现趣味性要突破片面追求语言知识的模式,努力创设生动有趣的教学情景,以任务驱 动的方式,用“听说”带动“读写”,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的语 言运用能力,为学生的上岗就业和继续学习提供有效的服务。(4)综合评价,强调激励性应改变过去单一的终结性评价方式和以客观题为主的测试手段,充分重视过 程性评价,用多元评价指标评定学生的综合语言素质,用质性评价的方式评 价学生在学习过程中表现出的情感、态度和价值观,从而建立综合化的评价 体系,促进教学方式和学习方式的根本转变。•课程目标通过英语学习和实践,学生应具备:1.语言和文化基础知识、基本技能;2.基本的语言运用能力;3.较为有效的学习策略;4.学习兴趣和自信心;5.基本的人文素养。我们的教学要围绕这些目标进行。2.做好调查研究,把握职场对中职毕业生 的语言技能的需求1)教育部公布06年全国中等职业学校毕业生就业情况:从 事第二产业的毕业生数为134.15万人,占就业学生数的

38.53%;从事第三产业的毕业生数为188.64万人,占 就业学生数的54.16%。2)2010年上海市中等职业学校毕业生就业情况2010年9月1日统计数据显示:按毕业生直接就业单位所在产业统计,毕业生就业主要集中在第三产业。其中,在现代服务业单位就业的人数37778人,占就业总数的83.07%;在加工制造业单位就业的人数7650人,占就业总数的16.82%......第二、三产业的一线技能型岗位对外语技能的需求情况如 何?这是我们要研究的问题。3.改变教学与评价方
