附:非选择题的评分原则:
1.提供的答案仅供参照.假如考生答出了参照答案的多数要点,
并且某些要点有很好发挥,可给满分.假如考生的回答与参照答案不完全吻合,但确实有理由据,可以自圆其说,可合适给分.假如考生的答案在一两点上有创新,虽然在整体上不够全面,也应酌情给高分,但不应超过该题的最高分值.分数不得超过该题的最高分值.分数不得出现0.5分.

3.阅卷时,内容和语言要综合考虑.语言体现不好的要合适扣分.评判语言好坏及扣分原则如下:
