eabnormal.However,itwillreturntonormalifitisturnedoffandthenbackon.Whenturningthepoweron,inputeachsignalafterthepositive/negative esInstallingLCDTheholeintheprintedcircuitboardisusedtofixLCMasshowninthepicturebelow.AttendtothefollowingitemswheninstallingtheLCM.CoverthesurfacewithatransparentprotectivetetoprotectthepolarizerandLCWhenassemblingtheLCMintootherequipment,thespacertothebitbetweentheLCMandthefittingteshouldhaveenoughheighttoavoidcausingstresstothemodulesurface,refertotheindividualspecificationsformeasurements.Themeasurementtoleranceshouldbe0.1mm.SinceLCMhasbeenassembledandadjustedwithahighdegreeofprecision,avoidapplyingexcessiveshockstothemoduleormakinganyaltionsormodificationstoit.Donotalter,modifyorchangetheshapeofthetabonthemetalDonotmakeextraholesontheprintedcircuitboard,modifyitsshapeorchangethepositionsofcomponentstobeattached.DonotdamageormodifythepatternwritingontheprintedcircuitAbsoluydonotmodifythezebrarubberstrip(conductiverubber)orheatsealExceptforsolderingtheinterface,donotmakeany tionsormodificationswithasolderingDonotdrop,bendortwistInordertoavoidthecrackingoftheFPC,youshouldtopayattentiontotheareaofFPC(R50mm)wheretheFPCwasbent.theedgeofcoverlay;theareaofsurfaceofNi-Auting,theareaofsolderingland,theareaofthroughhole.StorageWhenstoringtheLCDmodules,avoidexposuretodirectsunlightortothelightoffluorescentThepolarizersurfaceshouldnotcomeincontactwithanyotherobjects.Keepthemodulesinbags.Wheneverpossible,theLCDmodulesshouldbestoredinthesameconditionsinwhichtheywereshippedfromour Donotleavethemformorethan160hrs.atShouldnotbeleftformorethan48hrs.at-Ifanyfluidleaksoutofadamagedglasscell,washoffanyhumanpartthatcomesintocontactwithsoapandwater.Neverswallowthefluid.Thetoxicityisextremelylowbutcautionshouldbeexercisedatallthetime.Itis
