8PurposeandScopePage3of9DocumentName文件名称Accident,IncidentReportingandInvestigationcontrolProcedure事故、事件报告和调查控制程序DocumentNo.文件编号XXX-XX-XXXXVersion版本A目的和范围Thepurposeofthisprocedureisensurethatallaccidentsandincidents(inducingnear-miss)arereported,recorded‘investigated,analysisandCorrectiveandpreventativeactions.Topreventsimilaraccidentsandincidentsrepeatandreducetheaccidentcauseloss.Thisprocedureappliestotheaccidents/incident(includingnear-miss)report,disposal,investigation,analysis,processing,statistics,records,etc.本程序的目的是对发生的事故(包含未遂事故)、事件及时进行报告、调查分析、纠正与预防措施，防止类似事故、事件的重复发生，并最大可能地降低事故可能造成的损失。本程序适用于事故/事件(包含未遂事故)的报告、处置、调查、分析、处理、统计、记录等工作。Definitions定义AccidentMeansanunplannedoccurrenceorincidentthatcausesorcontributestopersonalinjuryordamagetoproperty.事故 事故意指意外事故或事件引起或导致人身伤害或财产损失。IncidentMeansanyunplannedeventresultingin,orhavingapotentialforinjury,illhealth,damageorotherloss.事件
