摘要:

本文从企业网络、大数据能力和商业模式创新入手,通过fsQCA方法对企业创新机制进行实证研究。研究发现,企业网络和大数据能力对商业模式创新有显著的正向影响,而企业网络+大数据能力的组合作用对商业模式创新的影响更为显著。同时,本研究还对不同行业间的创新机制进行了比较,发现不同行业之间创新机制的差异具有显著性。因此,在设计创新策略时,企业需要根据自身所处的行业特点有针对性地选择创新机制,并充分发挥企业网络和大数据能力的作用,以实现商业模式创新增长。

Abstract:

Thispaperfocusesonenterprisenetwork,bigdatacapabilityandbusinessmodelinnovation,andconductsempiricalresearchonenterpriseinnovationmechanismthroughfsQCAmethod.Thestudyfoundthatenterprisenetworkandbigdatacapabilityhaveasignificantpositiveimpactonbusinessmodelinnovation,andthecombinedeffectofenterprisenetworkandbigdatacapabilityonbusinessmodelinnovationismoresignificant.Atthesametime,thisstudyalsocomparestheinnovationmechanismsbetweendifferentindustries,andfindsthatthereissignificantdifferenceintheinnovationmechanismsbetweendifferentindustries.Therefore,indesigninginnovationstrategies,enterprisesneedtochooseinnovationmechanismsaccordingtothecharacteristicsoftheirownindustry,andfullyleveragetheroleofenterprisenetworkandbigdatacapabilitytoachievebusinessmodelinnovationgrowth.

Forexample,inthehigh-techindustry,technologicalinnovationplaysacriticalroleinbusinessmodelinnovationgrowth.Companiesneedtoinvestheavilyinresearchanddevelopment(R&D)tocontinuouslyimprovetheirproductsandservices.ThisrequiresnotonlyinternalR&Dcapabilitiesbutalsotheabilitytocollaboratewithpartnersinthesupplychain,academia,andotherindustries.Therefore,buildinganextensiveenterprisenetworkiscrucialforhigh-techcompaniestoachievebusinessmodelinnovationgrowth.

Incontrast,inthehealthcareindustry,regulatoryconstraintsandhighbarrierstoentrymakeitdifficulttoinnovatethroughtechnologyalone.Instead,innovationinthisindustryismorefocusedonimprovingthepatientexperienceandoutcomes.Therefore,companiesinthehealthcareindustryneedtoleveragetheirbigdatacapabilitiestocollect,analyze,andutilizevastamountsofdatatoidentifyareasforinnovation.Theyalsoneedtocollaboratewithhealthcareproviderstoobtaininsightsintopatientneedsandfeedbackontheirservices.

Furthermore,ourresearchfoundthattheroleofenterprisenetworkandbigdatacapabilityinachievingbusinessmodelinnovationgrowthisnotindependent,butcomplementary.Enterpriseswithstrongenterprisenetworksarebetterabletoaccessdiversesourcesofdata,whilethosewithstrongbigdatacapabilitiesarebetterabletoextractinsightsfromthesesources.Therefore,itisessentialforcompaniestocombinethesetwofactorstoachieveeffectivebusinessmodelinnovationgrowth.

Inconclusion,ourresearchsuggeststhatthekeytoachievingbusinessmodelinnovationgrowthistochoosetherightinnovationmechanismbasedonthecharacteristicsoftheindustry.Companiesneedtoleveragetheirenterprisenetworkandbigdatacapabilitiestoachievebusinessmodelinnovationgrowthindifferentindustries.Bydoingso,theycanenhancetheircompetitivenessanddrivetheirbusinessgrowthintoday'srapidlychangingbusinessenvironmentFurthermore,businessesshouldalsoprioritizetheircustomersandcontinuouslyseekouttheirfeedbacktoinformtheirbusinessmodelinnovationstrategies.Thiscanbeachievedthroughcustomersurveys,focusgroups,orsimplybymonitoringsocialmediachannels.

Inaddition,businessesshouldnotbeafraidtotakerisksandtryoutnewideas,eveniftheymaynotbeguaranteedtosucceed.Byadoptingacultureofinnovationandexperimentation,companiescancreateamoreagileandadaptableorganization,betterabletorespondtochangesinthecompetitivelandscape.

Anotherimportantfactoristheneedforstrongleadershipandvisionatthetopoftheorganization.Leaderswhocaninspireandmotivatetheirteamstowardsacommongoalcanhelptodriveinnovationandgrowth,whilealsoensuringthatthecompanyremainsfocusedonitscorevaluesandmission.

Finally,itisworthhighlightingtheimportanceofcollaborationandpartnershipsindrivingbusinessmodelinnovationgrowth.Companiesshouldlooktoforgestrategicallianceswithotherorganizationsorindustryplayers,leveragingeachother'sstrengthsandcapabilitiestoinnovatetogetheranddrivegrowthinnewandexcitingways.

Inconclusion,achievingbusinessmodelinnovationgrowthisnoeasyfeat,butitisvitalforbusinesseslookingtoremaincompetitiveintoday'sfast-pacedandrapidlychangingbusinessenvironment.Byprioritizingthecustomer,leveragingtechnologyanddata,takingrisksandinnovatingcontinuously,andfosteringacultureofcollaborationandpartnership,companiescanpositionthemselvesforsuccessbothnowandintheyearstocomeOneofthekeychallengesthatbusinessesfacetodayistheneedtoconstantlyevolveandadapttochangingmarketconditions.Thismeansthatcompaniesneedtobeagile,flexible,anddynamicintheirapproachtobusinessmodelinnovationgrowth.Herearesomeadditionalstrategiesthatbusinessescanusetoachievethisgoal:

1.Developacultureofexperimentationandlearning
