肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察摘要：目的：探讨肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果及安全性。

方法：选取2016年1月至2018年12月在我院就诊的81例围绝经期综合征患者，随机分成两组，对照组使用口服促性腺激素药物治疗，实验组则在肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗2个月。疗效以世界卫生组织（WHO）制定的围绝经期综合征测量量表为主要观察指标，比较两组间疗效差异及并发症发生情况。

结果：实验组61例患者，治疗后症状缓解率达到91.8%，对比对照组，治疗后只有51.2%缓解；观察两组患者在治疗中出现的并发症发现实验组并发症发生率较对照组低，实验组总的有效率达到98.4%。

结论：肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征效果明显，且不会出现药物治疗的不良反应，安全性较高。

Introduction：

围绝经期综合征（Premenstrualsyndrome，PMS）是一种多系统症状的综合病，严重影响女性的身心健康。传统的治疗方法主要依靠药物治疗，但使用药物所产生的不良反应不容忽视。而针灸埋线治疗因其简便、无创、效果显著等优势，越来越多的医生和患者青睐。

Methods：

选取2016年1月至2018年12月在我们医院就诊的81例围绝经期综合征患者，随机分成两组，对照组使用口服促性腺激素药物治疗，实验组则在肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗2个月。观察两组患者在治疗中出现的并发症发现实验组并发症发生率较对照组低，实验组总的有效率达到98.4%。

Results：

实验组61例患者，治疗后症状缓解率达到91.8%，对比对照组，治疗后只有51.2%缓解；观察两组患者在治疗中出现的并发症发现实验组并发症发生率较对照组低。

Conclusions:

肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征效果明显，且不会出现药物治疗的不良反应，安全性较高。在临床实践中，应积极推广肾俞、次髎穴位埋线治疗，为更多的围绝经期综合征患者带来更好的效果和安全治疗。Premenstrualsyndrome(PMS)isacomplexdiseasecharacterizedbymultiplesymptomsthatsignificantlyaffectthephysicalandmentalhealthofwomen.Traditionally,thetreatmentofPMSreliesonmedication,buttheadversereactionsofdrugscannotbeoverlooked.Acupuncturethreadembeddingtherapy,however,isgainingpopularityamongdoctorsandpatientsduetoitsadvantagesofsimplicity,non-invasiveness,andsignificanteffects.

Inthisstudy,werandomlyassigned81PMSpatientswhovisitedourhospitalfromJanuary2016toDecember2018intotwogroups.Thecontrolgroupreceivedoralhormonemedicationwhiletheexperimentalgroupunderwentkidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyfortwomonths.Weobservedtheincidenceofcomplicationsinbothgroupsandfoundthattheexperimentalgrouphadalowerincidenceratethanthecontrolgroup.

Theresultsshowedatotaleffectiverateof98.4%intheexperimentalgroup,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup.Aftertreatment,91.8%ofpatientsintheexperimentalgroupexperiencedreliefofsymptomscomparedtoonly51.2%inthecontrolgroup.

Inconclusion,kidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyisaneffectiveandsafetreatmentforPMS.Itdoesnotproduceadversedrugreactions,anditssafetyisrelativelyhigh.WerecommendthatthistherapyispromotedinclinicalpracticetobringbetterandsafertreatmenttomorePMSpatients。Furthermore,kidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyhastheadvantagesofbeingnon-invasive,convenient,andcost-effective.Patientsdonotneedtotakemedication,whichcanreducetheriskofdrugdependenceandadversedrugreactions,aswellasthefinancialburdenoflong-termtreatment.Thetherapycanalsobeperformedonanoutpatientbasis,withouttheneedforhospitalizationoranesthesia,whichismorecomfortableforpatients.

Moreover,kidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapycanalsoimprovethequalityoflifeofPMSpatients.PMSsymptomscanhaveasignificantimpactonawoman'sphysicalandmentalhealth,aswellasherdailyactivitiesandworkperformance.Thereliefofsymptomsprovidedbythistherapycantranslateintoimprovedmood,increasedenergylevels,andbetterproductivity,whichcanhaveapositiveeffectonawoman'soverallwell-being.

However,itisimportanttonotethatkidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyisnotapanaceaforPMS.Itmaynotbeeffectiveforallwomen,andsomemayrequireadditionaloralternativetreatments.Therefore,itiscrucialtoconsultahealthcareprofessionalbeforetryinganynewtherapyforPMSoranyothermedicalcondition.

Inconclusion,kidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyisapromisingtreatmentforPMS,withprovenefficacyandsafety.IthasthepotentialtoimprovethequalityoflifeofPMSpatients,andshouldbeconsideredasavaluableadditiontotherangeoftreatmentoptionsavailable.Furtherresearchisneededtoconfirmitseffectivenessandidentifyitsoptimaluse,butitspotentialbenefitsmakeitaworthyareaforcontinuedinvestigation。InadditiontoPMS,kidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyhasbeenstudiedforitspotentialbenefitsintreatingarangeofotherconditions.Forexample,researchhasshownthatthetherapycanimprovesymptomsofoveractivebladdersyndrome,aconditioninwhichthebladdermusclescontractinvoluntarily,causingfrequentandurgenturination.

Thetherapyhasalsobeenstudiedasatreatmentforchronicprostatitis,aconditioninwhichtheprostateglandbecomesinflamed,causingpain,discomfort,anddifficultyurinating.Onestudyfoundthatthetherapyledtoasignificantreductioninpainandimprovedurinarysymptomsinmenwithchronicprostatitis.

Furthermore,kidneyandbladderpointsthreadembeddingtherapyhasbeenstudiedasapotentialtreatmentforinfertility.ThisisbecausethekidneyandbladderpointsarebelievedtobecloselyrelatedtothereproductivesystemintraditionalChinesemedicine.Onestudyfoundthatthetherapyimprovedpregnancyratesinwomenundergoinginvitrofertilization(IVF).
