≤0.5mg/LWasteuptostandardswillbedischargedintomunicipalpipenetwork.ProcessflowandspecificationsSpecificationsonprocessflow:Pleaserefertotheattachedprocessflowchartforwastedisposalprocessflowandthebriefdescriptionisasfollows:IndustrialwastewillbeliftedintoadjustmenttankS-2801forqualityandquantityadjustmentthroughinletpipeline.Withonejetblenderinthetank,partofoutletwaterfromliftingpumpP-2801inadjustmenttankflowsbacktoadjustmenttankforblendingtopreventsuspendedsubstanceinthewastetodepositinthetank.TheliftingpumpinadjustmenttankisstartedorstoppedbyliquidleveltransmitterLICA2801Sinthetank.Whenliquidinthetankreacheshighlevel,liftingpumpinitwillstartautomaticallyandlifttheliquidinadjustmenttankintocoagulationtankR-2810A.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.CoagulantFeCl3willbeaddedintocoagulationtankR-2810AandblendedbyblenderA-2810Asoastomixwasteandcoagulantquickly.Meanwhile,aPHmeterPH2810AisinstalledincoagulationtanktotestPHvalueinthetank.LiquidfromcoagulationtankflowsintoreactiontankR-2810B,intowhichlimemilkwillbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2810B,limemilkandwastewillbemixedquicklyandanotherPHmeterisinstalledinreactiontankPH2810Btocontroltheinputamountoflimemilk.Byadjustinginputamountoflimemilk,heavymetalandpartoforganicsubstanceinwastewillreactwithcoagulanttoformflocwithinanappropriatePHrange.LiquidfromreactiontankflowsintoflocculationtankR-2810C,inwhichmacromoleculeflocculantPAMwillbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2801C,PAMwillmixwithwastequickly.FlocanddepositinwastewillbecomelargerflocthrougheffectofnettingandbridginggeneratedafterflocculantPAMdissolves.LiquidfromflocculationtankflowsintoverticalflowtypedepositiontankV-2315forliquidandsolidseparation.TheupperclearliquidflowstothefollowingprocessforfurtherdisposalthroughoverflowweirwhilesludgedepositstothesludgefillerandisliftedintosludgetankV-2820forfurtherdisposalthroughsludgepumpP-2815indepositiontank. LiquidfromdepositiontankflowsintoPHadjustmenttankV-2840,inwhichH2SO4willbeadded.ThroughblenderA-2840,H2SO4willmixwithwastequickly.APHmeterPH2840isinstalledinthetanktocontroltheinputamountofH2SO4toensurePHvalueinthetankwithintherangeof6.5~8.5.AliftingpumpP-2840isinstalledinPHadjustmenttankandthepumpisstartedandstoppedbyliquidlevelswitchLSA2840Vinthetank.WhenliquidinPHadjustmenttankreacheshighlevel,liftingpumpinitwillstartautomaticallyandliftthewasteinadjustmenttankintoSBRtankS-2850orS-2855.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpinthetankwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.LiquidfromPHadjustmenttankflowsintoSBRtank(abbreviationofSequencingBatchReactorActivatedSludgeProcess).ThedifferencebetweenSBRandgeneralactivatedsludgeprocessliesinthewasteflowingintoabiologicalreactiontankfordifferentoperationaccordingtotimesequenceratherthanflowingintoeverydisposalunitinsequence.Itsbasicoperationprocessiscomposedof5procedures:inlet,reaction,deposition,outletandstand-by.Onecyclestartsfromwasteinletandfinishestillstand-by.Duringthiscycle,alltheprocessesaremadeinareactiontankfilledwithaeration,whichgoesroundandroundceaselesslysoastorealizewastedisposal.TherearetwoSBRtanksforalternateoperationandtherearethreeairblowerswithtwoinuseandoneforbackup.TwoairblowersseparatelysupplyairtotwoSBRtanks.Theoperationprocessesforeverycycleisshownasfollows:Waterinlet/aeration 5.5~6HDeposition 1.5HWateroutlet 0.5HStand-by 0~0.5HTheresidualsludgeinSBRreactiontanksS-2850/S-2855willbetransferredintosludgetankV-2820fordisposal.LiquidfromSBRtankflowsintobuffertankV-2860.IfwaterfromSBRmeetsdischargestandards,itwillbedischargedintomunicipalpipenetworkthroughdischargepumpP-2865.Ifitdoesnotmeetdischargestandards,itwillbeliftedbyliftingpumpP-2860inbuffertankintosandfilterF-2860forfurtherdisposal.LiftingpumpinbuffertankisstartedandstoppedbyliquidleveltransmitterLICA2860Vinbuffertank.Whenliquidinbuffertankreacheshighlevel,liftingpumpinitwillstartautomaticallyandliftthewasteintankintosandfilter.Andwhenliquidinthetankreacheslowlevel,liftingpumpinthetankwillstopautomatically.Whetherliquidathigh-highlevelorlow-lowlevel,systemwillsendoutalarmautomatically.WaterfromsandfilterwillbetestedbynephelometerTURB2860F.Ifturbiditynotreachesdischargestandards,waterwillflowintoadjustmenttankS-2801forfurtherdisposalwhileifturbidityreachesstandards,waterwillflowintodischargetankV-2865.Ifwaterindischargetankreachesdischargerequirements,itwillbedischargedintomunicipalpipenetworkthroughdischargepump.Ifnot,operatorcancallfortankcartoshipoutside.Afteroperatingaperiodoftime,sandfilterwillhavelargerresistanceinitsfilteringlayersopressuredifferencebetweeninletandoutletwaterinfilterwillbecomelargerandlarger.Ifpressuredifferencereachesat0.05Mpa,pressuredifferenceswitchPDS2860FwillsendsignaltoPLCandsystemwillsendoutalarmtooperatorforbackwash.Waterfrombackwashwillbedischargedintoditch.Afterbackwashcompletedbyhand,theprocessoffilteringwillcontinue. AftersludgeinsludgetankV-2820isblendedandcondensedbyblenderA-2820,theupperclearliquidisdischargedintoditchandcondensedsludgewillbetransferredtoframetypefilterpressF-2830fordehydrationthroughscrewpumpP-2830.Afterdehydration,filtercakewillbeshippedoutsidewhilefilteredliquiddischargedintoditch.SludgescrewpumpP-2830iscontrolledbyliquidlevelswitchLSA2820V,stoppedatlowliquidlevel,startedbyhandathighliquidlevelandalarmsentoutathigh-highliquidlevel.
