我的科研感悟

先介绍一下我的学术背景，我本科学的是化学工程专业，硕士和博士学的是控制理论与控制工程专业，本硕在一所211工程学校就读，博士毕业于中科院某研究所。博士在读期间，在本学科国际杂志上发表了两篇SCI文章，获一项发明专利，另有其它科研成果若干。下面我就结合我的专业背景谈一谈我的科研之路。希望能对从事科研的人起到一个抛砖引玉的作用。也希望从事科研的人努力工作，多多创新，为祖国的发展贡献自己的一份力量。文章中所列均代表本人观点，如觉不适，敬请忽略。

科研好点子从哪里来？

1.1选题

要做一流的学术，选题非常关键。一个好的课题，会使你在很短的时间内就能取得一些进展；一个前沿的课题，会使你站在巨人的肩膀上。为什么国内的一些学者，也做了很多工作，但是却发不出高档次的SCI论文，你可以说他们不屑得发，但其中很大一个原因是他们的选题”Outofdate”，很难在国际期刊上激起读者的兴趣，甚至他们做的东东早已经有人做过了，即便其中有一些新东西，也很难让国际审稿人认同，因为审稿人一看到论文题目就会在他们的心里留下“这个问题，我们在七八十年代已经做过了”的印象，最后难逃拒稿的命运。那么怎么样选题呢？一个简单的办法是阅读国际顶级杂志最新发表的文章，看看他们都在搞什么？再结合自己的专业背景，或进行学科交叉，或查找缺陷、不足，或进行方法移植，这样选择的课题实际上已经和国外同行站在同一跑道上了。但由于别人已经有了一定的基础了，且稿件有一定的滞后性，他的加速度会比我们大，所以我们在具体搞研究时一定要另辟蹊径。等到我们自己开辟的路在国际上已经得到别人的认可并且成体系时，我们就可以沿着这条路继续前进了。总之，我的选题原则是“基于国际前沿，另辟蹊径”。

1.2方法论

科学研究是需要方法的，而且是有方法的。我们在做化学实验时，需要先构思实验方案；在控制被控对象时，需要先设计控制算法。这些“构思”、“设计”等过程就是一个点子产生的过程。发文章也一样，一篇文章实际上就是一个点子。在做科研时有意识地用方法论去思考，会产生很多新的、好的点子。以燃料电池的控制为例：燃料电池是一个复杂的非线性系统，在做该系统的控制时，我们很自然地会想到先用线性的方法来解决。可是用线性的方法去控制非线性系统，控制效果不佳。这时就用到了辩证法中的“内外因”理论，充分利用系统的内因，即把系统的“状态”信息用于控制器的设计中，使控制效果得到提高。这部分成果发表于IEEETransactionsonControlSystemsTechnology上。通过进一步研究发现控制效果还有提高的余地，这时就试图用非线性的控制方法来解决。于是应用了辩证法中“局部与整体的关系”原理，提出了实时简化变论域的模糊控制方法，在整体上控制结构不变化，在局部上论域随着误差的变化而伸缩。从而实现了更精确的控制，使控制性能大大提高。这部分成果发表于EuropeanJournalofControl上。在做燃料电池控制时又遇到了需要用一个操作变量去控制两个被控变量的情形。用一个操作变量怎么能控制两个被控变量呢？采用辩证法中“抓主要矛盾”原理可以轻松解决。即在控制的某一时刻，以其中一个被控变量作为主要控制目标，在另一时刻，以另一被控变量作为主要控制目标，通过两个被控变量之间的交替控制作用，可以实现以一个操作变量去控制两个被控变量的目标。另外在科研的过程中，我还应用“类比法”、“移植法”，将模糊控制和预测控制用于网络化控制中，提出了基于线性模型预测和基于非线性模型预测的网络化预测模糊控制方法。由于本人现在工作比较繁忙，后几部分的科研成果正在陆续整理之中。

值得一提的是“逆向”思维法是一个非常好的思维方法，如利用的好有时会产生异想不到的效果。逆向法应用最典型的例子就是电梯的发明，通常情况下，人们上楼梯都是人在动，楼梯不动，采用逆向思维法，让楼梯动，人不动，就发明了电梯。我在科研时也曾应用过此思维方法，想出的点子也非常好，只是后来发现国际上已有成果发表了。另外还有很多创新方法，读者可参阅栾玉广教授编写的“自然辩证法原理”和“科技创新的艺术”。从中会收益良多！

怎样发表SCI文章？

其实发表SCI文章不容易但也并不难，说不容易是因为本学科SCI杂志有限，很多期刊都是双月刊、季刊。有的期刊一年才发表三十多篇。全世界从事科研的人众多，大家都想在SCI杂志上发表，可谓僧多粥少。于是就成就了好的期刊的高拒稿率。说不难是因为只要有新点子且掌握一定的技巧，付出辛苦和汗水，就一定会有收获的。发表SCI文章，我个人觉得应该注意以下几点：

第一条就是选题要新。好的文章应能激起读者的兴趣，而国际前沿的新课题是最能引起读者兴趣的。实际上只有文章能引起读者的兴趣，编辑才愿意接收，出版商才有利可图，才能换来不收版面费的良性循环。

第二条是期刊的选择，每一种期刊都有她的喜好，同样的文章在某个期刊上不受欢迎，在另一个期刊上可能会大受欢迎。可以通过查看期刊的Scope和查阅接收的文章了解。另外期刊的审稿周期会从十几天到几个月不等，如果是月刊，审稿周期会短些，如果是季刊，特别是知名季刊，审稿周期怎么也得四个月。稿件的处理周期一般会在发表的文章中有体现。

第三条是文章结构，在写文章前一定要好好斟酌文章结构，一旦结构定下来了，再改就不容易了，就要大动干戈了。一开始时定结构比较难，可多参考别人的文章，多参考好的杂志上的文章，等到写的多了，就会有自己的风格了。

第四条是不要怕被拒，拒稿是正常的，通常情况下，第一版投稿是要被拒的。但只要没拒死就有希望。即便是被拒死了，如果能获得审稿人的意见，也不算白投，每一次投稿过程对自己都是一种提高。一定要认真对待审稿人的意见，逐条回答，态度决定一切！

第五条是在国际上发表文章，一定不要像在国内那样，我的体会是在国内发表文章，要把简单问题复杂化，问题越复杂，越不容易被拒。而在国际上发表文章，一定要把复杂问题简单化，要像讲故事一样把每一个观点用通俗的语言讲清楚。国内、国外的这种区别，我个人觉得与我们的版面篇幅有关，在国内发表文章，就四五页，去掉引言、结论、参考文献，想把问题阐述透都难。在国际上发表文章，一篇文章双栏十几页，不把问题讲明白就甭想发。

第六条是注重细节，细节决定成败。文章尽量用专业的排版软件如Latex来处理。图片的清晰度要高，要美，一幅图要表现尽可能多的信息，但不要影响整体效果。参考文献的编写一定要规范，要尽可能引用所要发表期刊上的文章，国为期刊需要提高影响因子，需要你做贡献，有的期刊在文章发表前会直接提出此要求。公式，符号说明一定要表达清楚，该写的写，不该写的不要写。有很多期刊，外审前第一步就是要TechniqueCheck，所以一定要在细节上下功夫。

第七条是英文的润色，英文不好是正常的，因为我们是讲中文的。重要的是尽我们可能把英文表达好。尽量使用简单的句子，有条件的可以找一个懂专业的外国朋友帮着润色。没条件的可以拿本字典逐句校对。平时阅读别人的文章时多积累比较好的句子。不要担心会有抄袭的嫌疑，从两三个人的文章里拿些句子是抄袭，如果是从几百个人、几千个人的文章里各拿个句子就不是抄袭了，这是一个度的问题。

第八条是文章要反复改，一篇文章自己不改上十遍不要投。文章改几遍后可以放一段时间再改。每一遍都会觉得有提高，都会觉得改的值。自己改的遍数多了，实际上可以缩短审稿时间！因为文章在编辑手中返回一次的时间要比我们在下面多改几次的时间要长很多，而且文章的档次会有所提高，增加了一次接收的机率。

下面我把我的一篇文章的投稿经历和大家分享一下(另一篇直接接收，四个审稿人的意见都很积极，没有代表性)。从Reject&Resubmit到Accept，充分说明只要不被拒死，就是有希望的。
