这里列举了3种失败第一种是ENB没有开启重建允许开第二种是终端上发的C-RNTI号eNB不认识,即终端在非原来的eNB上发起重第三种是ENB允许重建,下发了RRCConnectionReestablishment,但在计时器超时后仍没有收到终端的响应这里列举了2类失败第一种是ENB下发RRCConnectionReconfiguration后在计时器超时后仍未收到终端上发的RRCConnectionReconfigurationcomplete消息。这种情况可能是无线问题或者是终端问题第二种是在一个正在进行的重新建立过程完成以前,eNodeB接收到另外一个来自相同UERrcConnectionReestablishmentRequest,这种情况终端问题可能性较RR边路这里列举了2MAC-I=MessageAuthenticationCode这里列举了2Integrityprotection(atPDCPlevel)isrealizedbyaddingafieldknownasMAC-ItoeachRRC一类是UEShortMAC-IUEeNBShortMAC-I不匹配,这属于终端或APDCPentityisassociatedwiththeControlPlaneandtheUserPlane.EachradiobearerisassociatedonePD重ntity,.正好对 进行如重启或者lock的操作,或者S1出现故FortheUserPlane,PDCPensuresheader
