21、erStandard electricity supplies for each 9M2: 220 volt10A for single phaseElectricity to stand will be switched off 30 minutes after the end of the exhibition each day. 24-hour electricity supplies can be provided by the Official Contractor by prior arrangement. Such supplies cannot be arranged at s
22、hort notice (at least 20 days before the fair) and additional payment is necessary. To ensure maximum safety, all electrical installation must be carried out by the Official Contractor, except exhibitors who applied electricity supply in the forms. Exhibitors can indicate the position of their prope
23、rties and packing cases in Decoration Form 2 (refer to p.23-24). 2.3FOOD & BEVERAGE AND NO SMOKINGAccording to the Government stipulation, all the exhibitors and staff are not allowed to smoke in the Exhibition halls. Exhibitors may have food and beverages at the cafeteria inside the exhibition hall

26、 (per booth) will be issued to exhibitor. Badges will be distributed at the registration counter during the move-in period. Exhibitors please bring along with company name card and company chop to certify identity during the collection of badges.Time: September 11-12, 2021 (09:30-17:00)Venue: Foyer

All badges are strictly non-transferable and on-site security guards reserve the right to check the identity of badge holders.Invitation CardEvery exhibitor will receive 100 free invitation c

30、e or raw space) must inform and obtain consent from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any contractor and design they deem inappropriate. Exhibitors should submit the details of their contractors (including booth design plan and lighting distribution plan) for approval before

32、for raw space will be given exhibition floor space, without carpet, wall partitions, basic furniture and other facilitiesetc. They have to design and construct their own booths. Please inform the Official Contractors before 1 September, 2021, if any of the above items are required (Decoration Form 2
33、 p.22-23)3.2.3Contractors cannot obey the site-work rules and result in the loss of the Organizer, the Organizer has the rights to require the compensation.Payment Details: Non-official contractors must pay the management fee to the official contractor 10 days before the exhibition. 36、acilities and services which is not indicated in this manual, please contact the Organizer and the Official Contractor.3.3.3All items are on rental basis only and exhibitors must make sure that all rental item without any damage/loss during the period of rental, damages will cause charging of fines.
37、3.3.4All electrical works are to be carried out by the official contractor except those exhibitors using non-official contractors. All electricity power points installed are for machinery use only, not for lighting. If exhibitors or non-official contractors bring their own spotlights/fluorescent tub
38、es for booth decoration, they must submit all lighting distribution details and pay the lighting connection charges to the official contractor.3.3.5All orders must be accompanied by full remittance made payable to the organizers. Orders without remittance will not be entertained.3.3.6Electrical item
39、s:a.The location of electrical items will be installed according to the specified Booth Plan. Any on-site changes requested by the exhibitors will be subjected to surcharges and the availability of time and manpower.b.If no Decoration Form 2 (p.22-23) is received, the Official Contractor will instal
40、l them according to the standard shell scheme position. Any on-site changes will be subjected to surcharge.3.3.7There is no refund or exchange of items ordered on-site.3.4BOOTH SETTING CHANGEThe site operation time schedule must be strictly adhered to; repairs or alterations by removal or addition o
41、f materials must only be carried out outside the opening hours of the fair and with the prior consent of the Organizer.3.5STAND CLEANINGThe Organizer will arrange for the general cleaning of the exhibition hall and stands prior to the opening of the exhibition and daily thereafter. Exhibitors, forwa
42、rders and agents are responsible for removing packing materials, empty cartons, wooden crates, etc., before the exhibition opens daily. Extra removal charges will be incurred if the above items are discarded in any part of the exhibition hall.3.6STORAGENo storage area will be provided for the empty
43、cartons, wooden crates, etc., at the venue. Exhibitors should make prior arrangement with their forwarders or agents for storing their properties and packing cases.SITE AND SITE OPERATION MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS3.7.1Regulations on booth special decoration process managementa.Exhibitors or constructio
44、n units must provide the following materials so as to do the decoration process.- A copy of operation license- The plan, circuit diagram and 3D plan of the booth- A list of construction units, with their members name, identity card number and contact number.b.Exhibitors and construction units are no
45、t allowed to build Standard Shell Scheme in the fairground and bring or use the same exhibition tools provided by the exhibition center.c.Construction units should obey the fire control ordinance and other regulations set by the exhibition center, and follow the regulations below throughout the deco
46、ration process:- The booth should be made of flame-retardant material, the structure should be firm and make sure the booth is safe during the exhibition.- Do not use inflammable and explosible materials for construction. Do not smoke, light fire and spray paint in the construction site, a fine woul
47、d be charged if doing so.- Special decorations should follow the fairgrounds regulations, do not exceed the height limit (refer to 2.1 p.3). the distance between the highest point of working and the ceiling light should not less than 2m.- Setting the booth or doing other constructions, do not perfor
48、ate, paint, post, etc, on the walls and the ground. Do not damage any facilities of the Center. A fine of 2-5 times of the cost of facilities would be charged to the creditor if doing so.- The booth should not cover fire fighting equipments, electric appliances, emergency exits and passages, buildin
49、g of booths under the rolling doors for fire prevention of each hall are not allowed.- Hanging things on the net supports of each hall should inform and agreed by the Organizers and Official Contractor.d.Construction units should apply for the construction procedure base on the actual construction a
50、rea and the number of workers. Discrepancy in stated working area and actual working area and use one badge for several workers are strictly prohibited. The construction units are not allowed to build the booths for other exhibitors, they will be disqualified if doing so. Construction worker should
51、wear badges at the site, obey the site management teams instructions.e.After the closing of the Fair, the construction units should clean up the site by themselves, after the checking by the officials, deposit will be refunded. If the official found it is not qualified, the deposit will be forfeited
52、.f.Construction units should appoint an official for construction responsibility and register during the application for construction procedure.g.When accidents occurred during construction, construction units should report to the site managements immediately.h.Construction units should educate the
53、workers about the law and construction process, Organizers, Exhibition Center and other related departments have the right to investigate the responsibility of the construction units.Regulations for Standard Shell Booth decorationa.Do not drill, nail and scrape on the partitions, Exhibitors have to
54、compensate the full price if damaged.b.Painting or posting wallpapers on the partitions are prohibited. Exhibitors can use two-side adhesive paper (except the one with foam), but have to clean up the partitions by themselves after the closing of the Fair.c.All electricity connections must be done by
55、 the Official Contractor, Exhibitors cannot do it by themselves or connect own electric appliance to the electricity supply, Organizers have right to refuse the electricity supply.Regulations for site managementProposals of the booking of exhibition facilities and exhibition services should be booke
56、d through the Organizers or the Exhibition Center at least 30 days before the opening of the Exhibition, applications within 30 days will be counted as on site rental, and a 10% charges will be added.On site rental of the exhibition facilities is in first come first serve basis, rents will add a 10%
57、 charge on the original price and must be paid in cash.Exhibitors cannot move the exhibition facilities on rental basis and the exhibition facilities of other booths, a penalty of the original rent of the facilities will be charged. Exhibitors have to pay extra fees to the Official Contractor if the
58、y cancel or want to change the settings of facilities on site.Problems on facilities and services that is not included in the facilities and services manual, Exhibitors please solve them by themselves. 3.7.4 Exhibitors should show their booth no. on the booth for buyers searching and inquiry easier.
