13、l, registration, documentation, record, internal confirm and scrap approval.作为杰弗朗所有计量器具的管理方，QA团队对所有计量器具的采购批准、注册、文件控制及记录、内部确认、以及报废批准负有责任。Use Department 使用部门AS the user of some Measure Instruments, Use Department is responsible for the submission of the Measure Instruments when finding some issues on

16、 for Measure Instruments(used internal) to Purchasing Dept. according to the requirement from user Dept. and the following information must be confirmed in the application bill: user, Qty., Apply reason, expected service life, expected calibration period, expected cost and so on. 内部使用的计量器具由计量人员根据使用部

17、门的需求填写计量器具购置申请表，此表中应明确信息:使用方、数量、申请理由、预计使用年限、预计校准、检定周期、预计总价等信息。 5.2.2 Purchasing Approval申请批准QA is responsible for approval for the purchasing application. That must be signed by QA manager.QA负责对于采购申请的批准。批准必须由QA经理的签字。5.2.3 Measuring Instrument Purchasing 计量器具采购After the approval of QA manager, the Ad

20、struments verification, To confirm the results of the calibration, Measurement of filing archive records) process. In this process, all the requirement and practicability must be confirmed.QA部门负责计量器具的验收工作(包括新购计量器具品牌型号/规格参数核实、校准结果的确认、计量文件归档记录)。在此过程中，先前的所有需求及实用性必须被确认。Documentation & Record 记录及存档QA is

The administrator should record the information of Measure Instruments in the REC-QA-99 “Measure instruments Management ledger”. The information should include Instrument Name, Instrument No. , Accuracy, Specifications

22、and models, Calibration Method, Calibration period and collection units, use of state. 24、d by administrator or arrange professional training.计量器具的操作者须接受操作方法的培训，一般由管理员或专业人员培训指导。5.7.2 Measuring and testing devices before use, the operator must first confirm with or without the calibration / verification and approved for use. And be used within the validity period.计量器具在使用前，操作者须先确认其是否经过校准/检

25、定并批准使用，且在有效期内方可使用。5.7.3 The person who uses the gauges is responsible for daily maintenance of measurement and testing devices.使用人员须对计量器具进行日常维护保养，保证计量器具的清洁，防锈。5.7.4 When the user or administrator find measuring and testing not calibration / verification, calibration / verification unqualified, devic

And deal with the defect measuring instrument by Repair & Maintenance.当操作者或计量员发现计量器具存在未校准/检定、校准/检定不合格、出现故障时，须及时反馈至QA部门，并根据产品标识和可追溯性控制程序对所测的产品进行识别，对其测量结果的有效性进行重新测量与评定。确保所测历史产品质量符合要求。当重新测量结果合格时，记录复测值，原有检验记录作废。当重新测量结果不合格时，即根据不合格品控制程序进行处理并做相应记

34、dically Calibration & Verification 周期性校准及检定5.11.1 QA Dept. is responsible for the notification of calibration & verification to users according to the “Measure instruments Management ledger”.根据计量器具管理台账QA部门负责通知使用方，及时进行校准及检定工作。5.11.2 For internal users, after receiving the notification from QA Dept. t

35、he user Dept. should submit the measuring instrument to Admin before the specific calibration / verification date.对于内部使用方来说，在接到了QA部门的校准、检定通知后，应在规定的日期前将计量器具提供至管理员处。Repair & Maintenance 维修及维护5.12.1 QA team is responsible for the maintenance of Measure Instruments(used internal). And after the finish t

37、on” process, user Dept. can apply for scrap.当计量器具发生多次（至少2次）维修及维护并无法通过“初次校准，检定”时，使用方可考虑申请报废。Scrap报废5.13.1 User for the Scrap Application according to the status and measuring deviation of Measure Instruments and fill in the “Measuring Instrument Disposal Application“.使用方可根据计量器具的状态及偏差情况申请报废，并填写计量器具报废申

38、请。5.13.2 QA team is responsible for the approval of scrap application and the approval of QA manager is required. And the actual situation and production situation must be considered.
