1、某集团循环水零排放模拟实验一、实验目的试验我公司Fs-66、Fs-51高浓缩倍数缓蚀阻垢剂药剂在某集团循环水对设备产生腐蚀和结垢的情况,动态模拟试验是对药剂缓蚀阻垢效果的验证。二、技术条件设备使用条件:温度030C,空气相对湿度85%;循环水流态:湍流;日操作时数:24小时;供电电源:380V±1%整机功率:3kW占地面积:约2.5m2;蒸汽温度平均值:所在地区常压下的饱和蒸汽温度;实验要求:及可满足两组平行试验,又可满足单租毒理实验。三、试验装置介绍及试验流程1)实验装置介绍QYDM型智能动态模拟试验装置的的试验方法是依据中国化工部行业标准HG/T2060-2008冷却水动态模拟试

2、验方法执行,是在实验室给定条件下,用常压饱和蒸汽加热换热器,模拟生产现场的流速、流态、水质、金属材质、换热强度和饱和冷却水进、出口温度等主要参数,以评定水处理剂的缓蚀和阻垢性能。采用双水路流程,即可对同一配方进行平行对比试验,又可对不同配方进行性能筛选试验。装置对进口温度实行自动控制,实现系统对温度的稳定调节。采用高精度玻璃流量计对流量进行控制,确保系统流量的稳定。能实现对循环冷却水进口温度、出口温度、蒸汽温度、污垢热阻等参数的在线监控。能实现自动补水功能。采用无触点固态模块,能对加热功率实现无极调节。装置备有出口挂片器,通过透明的有机玻璃管能直接观测到水对挂片的腐蚀与结垢情况2)试验流程试验

3、用动态模拟试验装置流程图如下图所示:1锅炉水节水口72模拟换热器83挂片器94补水箱105入塔喷头116凉水塔12流量计阀门风机-集水池-浮球阀-水泵循环水循环过程:循环水由水泵从集水池打入模拟换热器进行换热,循环水被加热后再经入塔喷头喷淋进入凉水塔进行冷却,冷却后再次流入集水池。试验过程中,循环水流量由流量计控制,试验人员对流量实时监控;集水池液位由浮球控制,若水量蒸发,集水池液位下降,则浮球下落,阀门开启,由补水箱对集水池进行补水;试验人员在现场对模拟换热器进出口温差及换热管污垢热阻进行实时监控,并做详细记录;实验人员每天取样检测循环水指标,并做详细记录,检测结果双方确认。循环水中加入药剂

4、,模拟换热器中锅炉水升温到位后,试验正式开始。为了尽快将循环水的浓缩倍数提高到15倍,试验前期系统不排水,浓缩倍数到15倍后,根据每天补水量与补水水质,对系统进行定量排水,使循环水浓缩杯水在15倍平稳运行30天,30天后试验结束,在双方负责人监督下对设备进行拆卸,观察挂片及换热管的腐蚀与结垢情况。四、试验前准备1)挂片及不锈钢管的处理对挂片及不锈钢管用酒精擦拭,清洁表面的杂质及油污,然后把挂片与不锈钢管用冷风吹干,用滤纸包好在干燥箱内干燥24h,然后进行称重,并记录数据。2)实验设备清洗集水池中加入循环水循环2h,清洗设备管路中的尘土、油污;模拟换热器中加除盐水浸泡2h,清洗模拟换热器中杂质。

7、首次给补水方式人工补加蒸汽发生器给补水水质us/cm<10动态模拟试验装置的循环水量与系统保有水量之比:60/13.8=4.36;六、试验方法及试验控制标准试验方法参考化工行业标准冷却水动态模拟试验方法(HG/T2160-2008)进行,测定系统在一定浓缩倍率下动态模拟试验装置换热管污垢热阻的变化来判断所加入水处理剂的阻垢效果。测定系统在一定浓缩倍率下运行30天,挂片与不锈钢管的腐蚀情况来判定加入水处理剂的抗腐蚀效果。1)试验方法首先对试验系统的管路及模拟换热器进行清洗,清洗完毕后在集水池中加入循环水,模拟换热器中安装好不锈钢管,挂片器中安装好挂片,按照系统保有水量进行投药,先开启循环,

8、利用循环泵将药剂搅拌均匀,再开启蒸汽发生器直至使循环水入口温度达到32C,记录此时的污垢热阻,动态试验开始进行,试验初始时,系统不排污,当浓缩倍率达到15倍时,对系统定量排水,按照每天补水量与补水水质计算排污量,保证系统循环水在浓缩倍数为15倍的条件下平稳运行,整个实验过程现场实验人员每隔两个小时记录温差及瞬时污垢热阻的变化,并且每天取样测定pH值、碱度、硬度、钙硬、C。2)控制标准不锈钢腐蚀速率00.005mm/a;碳钢腐蚀速率00.075mm/a;年污垢热阻值03.44X10-4m2K/W七、计算方法1)污垢热阻的计算:a.清洁管污垢热阻的测定:当系统蒸汽温度、冷却水流量、冷却水进口温度达

14、5110.22700.07380.075合格结论:合格/、合格挂片1082/1083;5302/5303在现场补水添加1号药剂配方缓蚀阻垢剂中悬挂53天,挂片1080/1081;5300/5301在现场补水添加2号药剂配方缓蚀阻垢剂中悬挂53天,在同样的试验条件下从试验数据可以得出结论,我公司的缓蚀阻垢剂防腐效果优于信源电厂目前使用的阻垢剂。备注使用药剂为Fs-51Fs-66试验者日期审核日期2017年1月23日九、结论及建议1)动态模拟试验装置模拟换热管内循环水流速为0.85m/s,比实际运行流速低,条件更为恶劣,易于结垢和粘泥的沉积。2)本次试验在接近现场甚至比现场情况更恶劣的条件下,年污
