12、、质量标准工程质量标准:合格五、合同价款乙方必须按本合同规定工期、质量要求及工程承包内容,质量符合设计及验收规范按期完成;本合同单价不含税;甲方承担水、电费费用等,乙方积极配合施工的各项工作,负责安全管理。1、本工程为CFG桩,包干单价为150元/平方米2、本工程合同总价为人民币 元大写:3、本合同的工程量计算规则:以现场实测面积为工程量结算。4、本合同上述单价均为闭口包干价,以后不做调整。5、本合同工程量如需增减以甲方书面通知及甲方现场代表签证实际发生的工程量计入总工程量。六、双方责任甲方责任 sm.e Oy. - cu-y ccnt-ol s p- .ot-g - nt - a- .age

25、施工图会审、编制施工组织设计,并送交甲方,作为甲方检查监督执行施工计划的依据。2 .全面负责锚杆施工,保质保量按期完成任务。3 .完工后,提供有效的竣工资料三份。4 . 乙方承包的任务,非经甲方同意,不得随意分包给第三方。5乙方必须严格按照施工图与说明书以及施工技术规范和操作规程进行施工,按规定做好试件和材料的试验,确保工程质量,按期完工。 在工程质量上必须接受质量监督部门和甲方的监督,甲方发现其在主要形象上拖进度3 天时,或在主要工程上存在重大质量问题时,经质监部门确认后,甲方应以书面通知乙方,乙方在3 天内必须采取有效措施纠正。否则甲方有权采取措施直至终止合同,调换施工队伍。因此所造成的实
