11、试，因此引进博思(BULATS)英语测试系统，并在人事人才工作领域中加以推广应用，有利于进一步提高上海市公务员及各类专业技术人员的国际交往能力。博思考试 (BULATS)是上海市人事局与英国剑桥大学考试委员会、英国文化协会合作引进的测试体系，采用欧洲语言测试协会的五级测试标准，考核听、说、读、写等各方面的语言技能，强调在职业环境中的语言应用能力，具有较高的实用性、性和科学性。为切实落实好这项工作，上海市市委组织部和上海市人事局联合进行了部署，要求在2007 年年底前，上海所有40 岁以下的公务员必须通过有关职业英语能力测试的培训考核，其中 30 岁及以下的在职公务员，其职业英语能力测试等级不低于三级；31 岁至 40 岁的在职公务员，其职业英语能力测试等级不低于二级；同时新录用的公务员，必须在试用期内通过职业英语能力测试。该测试体系在公务员系统中率先使用后，将逐步向世博人才培训、人才引进、职称评定和职业资格考试、人才招聘等其他领域推广。在上海正式启动后，还将在长江三角洲有关地区推广使用，使其成为人事系统评估鉴定职业英语能力的重要标准。资料精选，适合职场人士使用借鉴参考。资料精选，适合职场人士使用借鉴参考。资料精选，适合职场人士使用借鉴参考。资料精选，适合职场人士使
