1、English around the world-Reading and Language study案 目标聚隹八、1. 通过阅读了解美国方言及产生的原因；2. 通过听力尽一步感受美国方言；3. 识记并掌握下列单词或短语的用法：believe it or not; play a part in; recognize教学思路本部分通过学习当今世界各地说英语的特色，即便是美国东西部、 南北部，说话均有所不同，使学生进一步感受到文化差异，培养其多元文化意识。 然后通过听录音进一步感悟美国英语的方言。听力部分由于提供了听力课文让学生阅读，并提供了标准英语的课文录音， 学生不难听懂。本课是阅读、知识点

2、讲解加听力课，重点是通过阅读材料， 理解文章的内容后对该话题进行理解，然后进一步深化该话题， 掌握有关的单词短语的用法， 同时进行相关的听力训练。教学内容主要有以下几个方面：1. 通过生活引出本课的话题方言。2. 通过速读完成主旨大意的归纳，细读完成细节信息的处理，训练提高学生的阅读能力。3. 让学生重点掌握课文中出现的重点句型、单词和短语的用法。4 .通过文章所给的提示，预测听力的内容并且先猜测正确的答案。听录音，体会英语在 Houston的方言，核对听力题的答案。用一节课的时间，我们进行了快速阅读，知识点的讲解和听力的训练，多种形式结合在 一起，让学生感觉到步伐很紧凑；内容形式的变换又让他
