R01改版原因: 改版适用性,增加新飞机B-LNL和B-LNW. 改版计划安排,加入首飞后18个月执行首检的条件。Reason for R01: revise applicability to add new aircrafts B-LNL and B-LNW, revise plan to add first inspection timescale of 18 months from first flight. WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE WORK, REPAIRS OR MODIFICATIONS, ALWAYS KEEP ELECTRICAL WIRING, COMPONENTS AND THE WORK AREA AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. TO DO THIS : - PUT PROTECTION, SUCH AS PLASTIC SHEETING, CLOTHS, ETC; AS NECESSARY ON ELECTRICAL WIRING AND COMPONENTS - REGULARLY REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS, UNWANTED MATERIAL AND OTHER CONTAMINATION. THESE PRECAUTIONS WILL DECREASE THE RISK OF CONTAMINATION AND DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLATION. IF THERE IS CONTAMINATION, REFER TO ESPM 20-55-00注 释: 执行检查前确认所有起落架放下锁好,并装好安全销。NOTE: Before perform this inspection, make sure all landing gears downlocked and safety devices installed.1. 参考图1-4,检查主起落架缩短机构SM2和SM3衬套是否有偏移和/或转动情况:Inspect The Main Landing Gear(MLG)-SM2/SM3 Bush for the Migration and/or Rotation( refer to the figures 1 to 4):A. 如果发现SM2衬套有偏移和/或转动情况,则执行以下步骤:If SM2 bush has been found with migration and / or rotation, then perform the following steps:(1) 目视检查偏移的衬套,检查是否有法兰凸缘磨损或裂纹和曲柄接耳磨损或腐蚀情况。如发现磨损,裂纹或腐蚀,则填写反馈表格,并将表格拍照或扫描并发送至TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,在得到明确答复前飞机不能放行。Visually inspect the migrated bush for signs of damage or cracking of the flange and the bellcrank lug for signs of damage or corrosion. If damage, cracking and/or corrosion are found, report all findings to TS who will transfer to Airbus, and awaiting advice for further flight.(2) 测量和记录衬套偏移和转动位移(结果记录在反馈表格)。Measure and record amount of migration and the rotational position of the bush(see the feedback form). (a) 如果衬套偏移和转动位移超出容许限制(参考图6),立即将反馈表格发送至TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,并参考CMM 32-12-61 Fig. 46 Item 210更换衬套。如衬套不能立即更换,需得到空客同意飞机才能放行。If rotation/migration is outside of acceptable limits(refer to the figures 6), immediately send the feedback form toTS who will transfer to Airbus, and replaced the bush refer to the CMM 32-12-61 Fig. 46 Item 210. In event that the affected bush cannot be replaced before further flight Airbus must be contacted for further advice.(b) 如果衬套偏移和转动位移在容许限制内(参考图6),将反馈表格发送至TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,并继续以下步骤。If rotation/migration is within acceptable limits(refer to the figures 6), send the feedback form to TS who will transfer to Airbus, then perform the following steps.(3) 参考AMM TASK12-22-32-600-821-A完全润滑曲柄SM2, SM3和SM4的衬套和调节SM1 & SM2轴承连杆。Fully lubricate the bellcrank SM2, SM3 and SM4 bushes and the adjustable link SM1 & SM2 bearings per the AMM TASK12-22-32-600-821-A. (4) 向偏移和转动的衬套涂抹防锈润滑剂(CML05-610)。Apply rust inhibitor lubricant(CML05-610) to the migrated / rotated bush(es). (5) 使用油漆标记衬套法兰凸缘和曲柄SM2接耳附近处,以便发现偏移和转动继续发生的情况。Paint mark the bush flange and the adjacent bellcrank SM2 lug, so that any further rotational migration may be detected. (6) 填写后附反馈单通知PPD控制每个A检重复执行此EO,并要求最终措施为下个C检或24个月内(先到为准)更换该衬套。 Fill the appendix feedback form to inform PPD to arrange to repeat the EO at every A check until the bush be replaced at the next C check or 24 months,whichever occur first. B. 如果发现SM3衬套有偏移和/或转动情况,则执行以下步骤:If SM3 bush has been found with migration and / or rotation, then perform the following steps:(1) 清除密封胶,清洁该区域,检查和测量SM3衬套偏移和/或转动位移(结果记录在反馈表格)。Remove damaged sealant, clean area then inspect and measure the amount of rotation and migration of the SM3 bush.(a) 如果衬套偏移和转动位移超出容许限制(参考图10和11),立即将反馈表格发送至TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,并参考CMM 32-12-61 Fig. 52 item 110更换衬套。如衬套不能立即更换,需得到空客同意飞机才能放行。If rotation/migration is outside of acceptable limits(refer to the figures10 and 11), immediately send the feedback form to TS who will transfer to Airbus, andreplaced the bush refer to the CMM 32-12-61 Fig. 52 item 110. In event that the affected bush cannot be replaced before further flight Airbus must be contacted for further advice.(b) 如果衬套偏移和转动位移在容许限制内(参考图10和11),将反馈表格发送至TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,并继续以下步骤。If rotation/migration is within acceptable limits(refer to the figures10 and 11), send the feedback form to TS who will transfer to Airbus, then perform the following steps. (2) 目视检查SM3衬套法兰凸缘两端,曲柄临近端和主接耳,是否有保护涂层损伤或腐蚀。如果发现涂层损伤或腐蚀,则填写反馈表格,并将表格拍照或扫描并发送至TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,在得到明确答复前飞机不能放行。Visually inspect at both faces of the SM3 Bush Flange, and the adjacent faces of the Bellcrankand, the Main Fitting Lug, for any signs of protective treatment damage or corrosion.If damage or corrosion are found, report all findings to TS who will transferto Airbus, and awaiting advice for further flight.(3) 参考CMM 32-12-61,在SM3衬套法兰凸缘和主接耳之间涂抹封严胶(CML09-510A)。Re-apply a fillet of sealant(CML09-510A) between the SM3 Bush Flange and the Main Fitting, I.A.W the applicable CMM 32-12-61. (4) 使用油漆标记SM3衬套法兰凸缘与主接耳相对位置,以便发现偏移和转动继续发生的情况。Ink or paint mark the position of the SM3 Bush relative to the Main Fitting so that any further rotation or lateral migration can be detected. (5) 参考AMM TASK12-22-32-600-821-A,通过SM3和SM4的注油点润滑曲柄。确保润滑脂可以正常进入SM3衬套,如润滑时发生不正常情况,停止润滑工作并立即联系空客,空客答复前飞机不能放行。Lubricate the Bellcrank via the SM3 and SM4 grease points in accordance with AMM procedures per AMM TASK12-22-32-600-821-A. Ensuring that grease can flow freely into the SM3 bush, stop and contact Airbus before further flight for advice if any difficulty is encountered in greasing the bellcrank.(6) 填写后附反馈单通知PPD控制每个A检重复执行此EO,并要求最终措施为下个C检或24个月内(先到为准)更换该衬套。 Fill the appendix feedback form to inform PPD to arrange the repeat EO at every A check until the bush be replaced at the next C check or 24 months,whichever occur first. (a) 检查SM3衬套没有进一步转动,且没有进一步移动。如果发生进一步转动或移动,需执行上述步骤(1)至(5)Ensure on further rotation and axial/lateral migration of the SM3 bush. If rotation and/or migration occur, above steps (1) to (5) must be performed.(b) 检查SM3法兰凸缘与曲柄和主接头无接触痕迹(如保护层损伤、腐蚀),如发现接触痕迹,需立即通报TS系统工程(TS)报告空客,在得到空客同意前飞机不能放行。Ensure no sign of contact(e.g. protective treatment damage and/or corrosion) between theSM3 bush grease boss and bellcrank or the main fitting.
