教材: 新目标英语 (初中起点) 第五册 仙湖三中 潘春美 Module 6 Tv programmes Unit 2 Though she has a lot of homework ,she watches cartoons every day .一 教材分析:本单元是围绕“电视节目”这个话题来展开的,涉及了电视节目的类型和电视节目收视指南,重点谈论了不同的人对不同类型电视节目的看法,并进一步讨论了人们喜或不喜欢某人或某些电视节目的原因,从而达到运用语言表达思想的目的。二 教学目标:1、知识目标:通过探究几位中学生喜爱的电视节目,学会运用本课所学的 though 和 although 的句型,并掌握cartoon, emjoy ,interview,prizes,directors,action等词汇2、能力目标:培养学生运用得体语言表达意思转折的能力和探究学习方法。3、情感态度价值观:利用影视媒体为个人服务,借助他们促进个人发展。4、德育目标:学会发现事物的优点,并全面的看问题三教学重点:1、学会相关电视节目的英文名称。2、学会 though 和 although 的用法3、.学会较全面的看问题。四教学难点:在模拟情景中,运用得体的语句表达句意的转折五、教具使用: 1、录音机 2、 电脑六 教学方法:讨论探究型方法七 教学时数: 一课时 教学过程设计方案Teaching steps Step 1 Pre-reading Get the students to think of all the different types of programmes they can see on Tv and then write up their ideas on the board . For example: cartoons ,news ,documentaries ,music programmes ,food programmes , Sports programmes ,travel programmes , game shows and so on . ( 设计意图:让学生消除紧张感,并引出本课的主题电视节目,为课文的学习做好铺垫,扫清 碍)Step 2 Lead- in : Show some pictures of famous people in China and learn the new words . 1 . Pictures of Li Youg .( Ask : Do you know who he is ? )2 Pictures of Yao Ming 3 Pictures of Zhang Ziyi( 预设学生讨论结果:S1 :Though Li Yong isnt handsome , he is very humorous . S2 : Though Yao Ming is not very strong , he is very important in NBA . S3 : Though Zhang Ziyi is a young actress , she is famous in the world )( 通过学生非常熟悉的名人照片引入本节课用 although / though 引导的让步语从句Step 3 Reading : Get the students to think of all the different types of programme they can see on TV, and then write up their idea on the board Step 4 : Listening : Answer the question after listening to the tape 1 What is Peters favourite TV programme ?2 What does Feifei like to do ?( 对课文的听力训练不仅让学生有目的地获取所需信息,而且也是对整篇课文内容进行初步了解) Step 5 True or False 1 We interviewed the students about the TV programmes they didnt like ( F )2 Peter plays sport in his free time ( F ) 3 Feifei watches cartoons every week ,though she has a lot of homework ( F ) 4 Although the games are always silly ,Wei Hua still enjoys watching them ( T )5 Though Alice is not a Chinese , she can speak Chinese .( T ) ( 小组通过交流合作完成此活动设计,让各层次的学生在互助中对课文的线条了然于心,激发学生参与意识,为下阶段的活动热身。)Step 6 Language points :1 She also enjoys watching cartoons enjoy doing sth. 喜欢做某事例: He enjoys singsing 2 She has a lot of homework a lot of = lots of 许多( 通过讲解此篇文章的新知识,要求学生用新的语法现象造句,不断积累英语知识)Step 7 Retelling the text : give the students some key words ( 给学生一些关键词语和相对应的图片进行课文复述,小组沟通交流后选代表发表观点,创造合作交流的机会提高学生口头表达,写作的能力)Step 8 Write Now explain to the students that you are going to call out the first part of a sentence and they have to point at the right card on the wall and say the second part of the sentence T : Although he didnt study, S: he passed his exam T : Although it was raining , S ; she went to the park .
