Or, it may drive to develop a “new product/process” to deliver bottom line saving/top line growth. For “existing process”, you need a “Problem Statement” For “new prod
4、uct” or “pew process” to achieve a specific business objectives, you need an “Objective Statement”,Problem Statement,Two purposes To focus the team on the correct and specific issue To communicate project significance to others A Problem Statement must be concise It should not include the causes of
