目录绪论1.1课题目的随着现代社会科技水平的不断增强,中国人民的收入也慢慢升高,人们的生活品质和生活水平和二十世纪八十年代相比有了巨大的提升。渐渐地空调成为了大众产品,不在是少数人才能拥有的奢侈品。随着空调制冷技术和工艺的不断提升,空调的种类也逐渐增加。空调的制作成本也慢慢减少,许多民用建筑和公共建筑已经普遍使用了空调,比如个体用户的分体式空调,还是普通写字楼里都能看到中央空调,可见空调的使用已经逐渐深入到人们生活的每个角落。科技水平的提高能促进空调技术发展,国民收入的提高能促使人民对高品质空气环环境的渴望,空调行业在两者的影响下迅速发展REF_Ref6478\r\h[1]。在不久的将来社会将会更加以人为善,人民的对美好生活环境的期望的不断提高,对于空调的需求也会越来越高,不局限于只提供合适的温湿度,对清新的空气,安静的环境也越加期望。1.2发展现状分析(1)空调制冷技术的发展现状在如今的市场中可以看到许多空调种类,比如分体式空和中央空调等,空调技术有着许多方面的创新与发展。先进的技术能够提升空调的性能,并且满足市场发展多样化的需求,也能起到改善大气污染的问题和节约能源的作用。现在空调制冷技术的发展日新月异,可以更好的改善传统空调制冷技术的不足,不断可持续发展。(2)制冷剂的发展空调制冷剂又称为雪种,是各种换热过程中传递能量的媒介。与国外相比,国家大力投入研发资金,快速追赶世界领先技术的国家。目前,外国的常用制冷剂有异丁烷和四氟乙烷两种,国内的制冷剂主要有碳气化物和人工合成的氟氯昂化合物,但这些制冷剂原料的制造有着不小问题,它们不仅会对环境造成伤害,也会浪费大量能源。如今,为了保护我们赖以生存的环境,空调制冷技术发展发向朝着环保节能方向发展,制冷剂研发工作者也不断探索着高效节能环保的传热媒介,目前市面是存在颇有研究价值的有CHCHCH₃、CO2、CH4和丁烷等无机化合物,利用好自然界中可再生资源,减少资源浪费,能达到节约资源保护生态环境的作用。制冷剂是空调换热过程中重要的媒介,它的发展对空调技术的进展有着至关重要的作用,未来的发展趋势将是不断妍发新型的节能高效制冷剂。(3)冰蓄冷技术的发展冰蓄冷技术是指利用时间上的经济差异,在用电费用廉价的晚上进行工作,把冷量存储起来,在白天用电高峰的时候把存储的冷量释放出来,这不仅可以节省运行费用,还可以减低空调系统白天的负载,延长使用寿命,提高能源的利用效率。国内引进冰蓄冷技术比较晚,如今的冰蓄冷技术在国内空调技术中占有一席之地,再此之上不断发展,技术上已经有了长足的突破,有着良好的市场,取得了巨大的经济收益,申请了独属国内的专利[3]。随着空调技术的不断发展,对节约能源将会越来越重视。1.3未来空调制冷技术发展方向(1)智能化现代社会科技水平日新月异,各种技术创新层出不穷,信息技术高速发展,未来空调技术会不断贴近人们的生活,不断向高人性化和高智能化发展。空调跟周围环境的交互将不断加深,现在已经实现了远程遥控空调开关,语音控制空调设置等也不在话下,不断朝着智能家具的方向发展。(2)节能环保为来节能环保技术将是空调技术发展的主要方向,人们越来越重视可持续发展。传统空调能源浪费较大,使用的制冷剂对环境有很大的伤害,已经不能满足现在可持续发展的需求。空调技术将会在本的技术上发生变革式的突破,改善对环境污染大、能源消耗大的情况,尽可能的使用环保的可再生能源[4]。1.3本章小结对于国内外空调技术发展的研究,能够深刻明白空调对于人们生活的意义以及未来的研究方向。本设长安人民法庭空调工程设计的主要内容有:空调冷负荷的算、空调制冷机组的选型、空调末端设备的选型、风系统风管尺寸的选型及各种部件的阻力计算,在考虑人体舒适度和成本下节约成本前提下,设计出合适的空调系统。2空调负荷计算2空调负荷计算2.1设计参数根据S人民法院的维护结构查文献[5]得设计参数如下表2.1所示:表2.1建筑结构参数结构类型类型传热系数(W/(m2·℃))外窗普通玻璃钢窗,两层厚度为6cm。3.30外墙外墙厚3.7cm,水泥砂浆+砖墙+白灰粉刷,没有外温层包裹,类型Ⅱ。1.50屋顶通风层大于20cm;卷材防水层;水泥砂浆找平层2cm;屋顶厚度为15cm,细石混凝土板厚度2.5cm,表面喷白色水泥浆;保温层、隔气层、找平层2cm,类型Ⅲ。0.50在文献中没有东莞的气象参数,因此采取了相邻城市广州市的参数,查文献[5]得室外设计参数如下表2.2所示:表2.2夏季室内外设计参数项目数值夏季室外相对湿度65%夏季空调通风计算的干球温度31.9℃夏季空调计算的干球温度34.2℃室内(干球)温度26℃夏季室外空气温度的计算焓值88.80kJ/kg夏季空调室外的空气密度1200g/m³夏季空调计算的湿球温度27.8℃夏季室外计算平均风速1.5m/s当地压强100290Pa相对湿度50%空气焓值38kJ/kg
2.2围护结构瞬时传热形成的冷负荷空调系统设计中建筑物的围护结构的负荷计算是重要的工作基础部分。因为建筑物围护结构的热量传递是跟着时间变化的,每一个时间点上的热状态都是和历史过程息息相关,就算是一个简单模型建筑物的热负荷计算都需要计算一组庞大微积分方程组,微积分方程组都用差分法来解决,计算量十分之大,一般的空调技术设计人员是难以学习掌握的,为此空调设计工程师们不断研究便捷的解决方法。美国人在1946年中提出了一个解决此问题的方法——当量温差法,在1950间前苏联采用谐波分解法,解决了维护结构热负荷计算部分问题,但是不能同时算出围护结构的冷负荷和热负荷。随着工程技术人员的不断研究尝试,现在解决维护结构负荷的常用方法有:一模拟软件计算法、二围护结构稳态计算法、三用积分变换法决解温度波动大的方法。(1)外墙瞬时传热引起的冷负荷室内外温度差异和阳光辐射作用影响下,导致在建筑物的外墙和屋顶与室内温不同引起的瞬时传热冷负荷用下式计算 (2.1) (2.2)式中:CL——外墙或者楼顶瞬时热量传递导致的冷负荷(W);F——外墙或者楼顶的传热面积(m2);twl——外墙或者楼顶一天不同时间气温变化的逐时值(℃);K——外墙或者楼顶的传热系数,W/(m2·℃),不同的建筑材料的导热系数不同,不同建筑结构的导热系数也不同,传热系数均可从文献[5]中查得;tNx——夏季室内空气调节算负荷的温度(℃);ka——外表面换热系数修正值; Twl1——根据北京空气参数在一天不同时刻不同温度计算出外墙或者楼顶的冷负荷逐时值,可以在从文献[5]查得;td——建筑在不同经纬度和建筑结构不同条件下外墙和楼顶的修正值,根据不同的经纬度地点可查文献[5]得;kp——外表面吸收系数修正值。(2)内围护结构的冷负荷当隔壁的房间不是空调区域里的房间且通风条件不错,房间墙壁和周围建筑不一样导致的的冷负荷计算应该使用(2.1)。当隔壁房间与空调区建筑夏天温度差异大于3℃时,空调区域内建设的内部门和窗等和隔壁房间因温差导致的冷负荷可以用公式(2.3)计算 (2.3) (2.4)式中:CL、KF、tNx——同式(2.1);tls——隔壁房间计算的平均温度(℃);tls1——隔壁房间算的平均温度与夏季空气调节室外计算日平均温度的差值(℃),能在文献[5]中找到。2.3外玻璃窗瞬时传热引起的冷负荷因为室内外温差的不同,导致的外窗户瞬时传热冷负荷用下式计算 (2.5)式中:CL、tNx——同(2.1)Td——不同地方的房间窗户修正值,在文献[5]中可以找到; Kw——外窗户的传热系数,W/(㎡·℃),不同材料的玻璃、不同结结构的玻璃和单双玻璃的围护结构传热系数都能文献[5]中查到;twl——外窗户在一天不同时刻计算出的(℃),由文献[5]附录13查得;Fw——窗口面积(m2);Cw——由于窗框结构不同窗户需要用到的修正值可以在文献[5]查找到。2.4透过玻璃窗的日射的热形成的冷负荷透过玻璃窗进入室内的日射的热形成的逐时冷负荷可以用下面公式计算 (2.6)式中:——窗户的面积(m2);——窗户冷负荷系数,窗户在南方或者在北方有无内遮阳的修正参数,可以在文献[5]附录20可查得。——窗户口面积(m2);——窗户的综合遮挡系数;——窗户的有效面积系数,由文献[5]附录19查得;——不同地点不同朝向逐时日射得热因数值及其最大值,由文献[5]——窗户的遮挡系数,定义为实际玻璃的日射的热除以标准玻璃窗的日射的热,由文献[5]的附录17查得;——窗内遮阳设施的遮阳系数。2.5人员冷负荷(1)人体显热散热引发的冷负荷用下式计算 (2.7)式中:——人体显热散热形成的逐时冷负荷(W);——房间里的总人数;——群集系数;——房间温度不同和劳动形式不同的成年男子显热散热量(W);——人体显热散热的冷负荷系数。(2)人体散湿引起的潜热冷负荷计算人体散湿形成的潜热冷负荷可以用下式计算 (2.8)式中:——人体潜热散热形成的冷负荷(W);——计算时刻空调区内的总人数;——一名成年男子小时潜热散热量(W);——群集系数。计算时刻的人体散湿量用下式计算 (2.9)式中:——计算时刻空调区内的总人数;——群集系数;——一名成年男子每小时散湿量;可以从文献[5]表3-15得。2.6照明冷负荷房间灯具种类不同和施工方法的不同,白炽灯冷负荷和荧光灯冷负荷用下式计算 (2.10) (2.11)式中:——灯具散热形成的冷负荷(W);——镇流器消耗功率系数,本S人民法庭空调工程设计中的镇流器明装在空调房间中,所以为1.2——灯罩隔热系数,本S人民法庭空调工程设计中的荧光灯罩表面无通风孔,所以为0.7;——照明灯具所需功率(KW)——照明散热冷负荷系数,开灯约八小时具体参数从文献[1]查得。2.7设备冷负荷室内设备的冷负荷可以用下面公式计算 (2.12)式中:——室内设备的显热形成的冷负荷(W);——室内设备的实际显热散热量(W);——室内设备的显热散热冷负荷系数,文献[1]查得。本S人民法庭空调工程设计空调不连续运行,则的值选择1。2.8负荷的精算本S人民法庭空调工程设计采用稳态计算法,这种方法可以忽略建筑物在每个历史时间上的影响,计算方法简单,计算围护结构的传热负荷时,只需要室内外气象参数、建筑的传热面积和建筑的传热系数,计算的结果偏差较多,围护结构冷负荷偏大,造成设计参数偏大浪费投资成本。但是对于建筑物围护结构较薄蓄热效果越差的房间,围护结构传热负荷计算结果偏差就越小,计算的过程就越简便,耗时越少。除此之外,室内外的温度差越大,稳态计算法的误差就越小,在工程设计中,室内平均温差与室外平均温差越大带来较小的误差是可以接受的。本计负荷精算以一楼为例,包括了办公室的精算、法警大队的精算、接待室的精算、办公大堂的精算等。计算了瞬时传热、玻璃窗太阳辐射和室内热源引起的冷负荷。围护结构的瞬时冷负荷包括外墙、内墙和屋顶结构的冷负荷;通过玻璃窗的太阳辐射形成的冷负荷包括通过玻璃窗进入房间的太阳辐射和玻璃窗吸收太阳辐射后的温升传递的冷负荷;室内热源引起的冷负荷主要包括办公设备冷负荷、基础设施设备冷负荷、照明冷负荷、人体冷负荷和。一楼部分房间平面图见图2.1,计算结果汇于下面表格中REF_Ref19959\r\h[5]。
