2测区布置TestAreaLayout绘制测区布置示意图描述外观质量情况。Testareasshouldhavealayoutdiagramdrawntodescribetheappearancequalityconditions.回弹法检测砼抗压强度记录表ReboundMethodTestRecordSheetforConcreteCompressiveStrength测区布置TestAreaLayout回弹ReboundPARTTHREE回弹Rebound检测面应为混凝土原浆面。Theconditionofthetestsurfaceshouldbechecked.清洁、干燥、平整Clean,dry,smooth回弹Rebound检测面应为混凝土原浆面。Theconditionofthetestsurfaceshouldbechecked.疏松层、浮浆、油垢、涂层以及蜂窝、麻面Looselayers,laitance,oilstains,coatings,honeycombs,pittedsurfaces回弹Rebound检测面应为混凝土原浆面。Theconditionofthetestsurfaceshouldbechecked.必要时采用砂轮磨除表面杂物并清理粉末。Whennecessary,useabrasivewheelstoremovesurfacedebrisandcleanuppowder.回弹Rebound表面已经装饰、粉刷的构件,应将装饰、粉刷层清除干净,不可将装饰、粉刷层当混凝土原浆面进行检测。Forcomponentsthathavebeendecoratedorpaintedonthesurface,thedecorationandpaintlayersshouldbethoroughlyremoved;theymustnotbetreatedastheoriginalconcretesurfacefortestingpurposes.回弹仪应保持水平并垂直于混凝土浇筑侧面,并应缓慢、均匀施压。Thereboundhammershouldbemaintainedhorizontallyandperpendiculartothecastsideoftheconcrete,andpressureshouldbeappliedslowlyanduniformly.回弹Rebound弹击时测点与测点之间弹击的时间间隔不应少于1秒。Thetimeintervalbetweensuccessiveimpactsatdifferenttestpointsshouldnotbelessthan1second.回弹Rebound测点宜在测区范围内均匀分布,相邻两测点的净距离不宜小于20mm。Testpointsshouldbeevenlydistributedwithinthetestarea,andthenetdistancebetweenadjacenttestpointsshouldpreferablynotbelessthan20millimeters.回弹Rebound检测楼板时,回弹仪应垂直向上弹击楼板底部。Duringtheinspectionoffloorslabs,theresiliometershouldbeappliedtoimpactthebottomsurfaceoftheslabinaverticalupwarddirection.回弹Rebound每一测区应记取10个有效的回弹值;Ineachtestarea,10validreboundvaluesshouldberecorded.每一测点的回弹值读数应精确至1。Thereadingofthereboundvalueateachmeasurementpointshouldbeaccurateto1.回弹Rebound测点距外露钢筋、预埋件的距离不宜小于30mm。
