le,unavoidable,andinsurmountableobjectivecircumstances,suchasnaturaldisasters,wars,etc.,thatresultinthecontractbeingunabletobeperformedorpartiallyperformed.Article20ProblemsEncounteredDuringImplementationandSolutionsIfPartyAneedstochangethejobpositionorcontentoftheworker,itshouldconsultwithPartyBinadvanceandsignawrittensupplementaryagreement.IftheworkerdispatchedbyPartyBcannotperformtheirdutiesduetospecialreasons,theyshouldnotifyPartyAintimeandconsultonothersolutions.Bothpartiesshouldestablishaneffectivecommunicationmechanism,regularlychecktheimplementationofthecontract,andresolveissuesarisinginthecooperationprocessinatimelymanner.Article21AllApplicationScenariosThiscontractisapplicabletovariousindustriesandfieldswhereemployersneedtemporary,auxiliary,oralternativelabordispatch.Thiscontractisapplicabletofull-time,part-time,seasonal,andotherformsoflabordispatch.Thiscontractisapplicabletoenterprises,institutions,socialorganizations,individualeconomicorganizations,andotherorganizationswithlaborneeds.Chapter10SpecialAgreementsArticle22SpecialAgreementsPartyBshallensurethelegalrightsandinterestsofthedispatchedworkers,includingbutnotlimitedtowagepayment,restandvacation,laborprotection,etc.PartyAshallprovidelaborconditionsandlaborsafetyandhealthfacilitiesinaccordancewithnationalregulationsfordispatchedworkers.Bothpartiesshallcomplywiththelatestnationallawsandregulationsonlabordispatchandadjustthecontentofthecontractinatimelymanneraccordingtochangesinlawsandregulations.Article23ContractModificationandSupplementAnymodificationorsupp
