1、"Whatcanyoutellmeaboutyourself?"（"关于你自己，你能告诉我些什么？"）

Thisisnotaninvitationtogiveyourlifehistory.Theinterviewerislookingforcluesaboutyourcharacter,qualifications,ambitions,andmotivations.

这一问题倘若面试没有安顿自我推荐的时光的话。这是一个必问的问题。考官并不希翼你大谈你的个人历史。是在寻找有关你性格、资历、志向和生活动力的线索。来判断你是否相宜读MBA。

Knowwhatyoucanrealisticallyaccomplish.YoucanfindoutbytalkingtoothersMBAaboutwhattheyaccomplishedintheirfirstfiveyearswithaparticularcompanyaftergraduation.

你要清晰你实际上能胜任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA交流一番。问问他们在毕业后在公司的头5年都做了些什么。

可以这样回答："我希翼能在我的职位上尽力做好工作，因为在同一领域工作的许多人都被提为区域负责人，所以我亦有此决定。"

3."Whatisyourgreateststrength"?"（"你最突出的优点是什么？"）

这是无数面试考官喜欢问的一个问题。

这是你"展示自己"的最佳机会，不要吹嘘自己或过于自负，但要让雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的优点。

如可答："我认为我最大的优点是能够执着地尽力把事情办好。当做完一件工作而其成绩又正合我的预想时，我会有一种真正的成就感。我给自己定了一些高目标。比如说，我要成为出色的毕业生。尽管在大学一年级时我启动慢了些，但总算我以优等论文完成了学业。

4."Whatisyourgreatestweakness?"（"你最大的弱点是什么？"）

Youcannotavoidthisquestionbysayingthatyoudonothaveany,everyonehasweaknesses.

Thebestapproachistoadmityourweaknessbutshowthatyouareworkingonitandhaveaplantoovercomeit.Ifpossible,citeaweaknessthatwillworktothecompany'sadvantage."I'msuchaperfectionistthatIwon'tstopuntilajobiswelldone.

你不应该说你没有任何弱点，以此往返避这个问题；每个人都有弱点。最佳策略是承认你的弱点，但同时表明你在予以改进，并有克服弱点的计划。

可能的话，你可说出一项可能会给公司带来益处的弱点，如可说："我是一个完美主义者。工作做得不优美，我是不会撒手的。"

Neverapologizeforwhatyouhavedone.

绝不要对你以前的所作所为表示内疚。

2010年研究生考试复试英语口语须知

按照笔者的了解以及历届考研学生的反馈，在英语口试中，普通会涉及以下几个话题：自我推荐，家庭成员、故乡、本来的院校，考研缘故，未来计划(学习、职业)。笔者对这些话题举行梳理，希翼广大考生有所了解并做好充足的决定，顺利通过英语口试。

1.自我推荐篇(重点)。基本上每个院校每个专业的口试中都会涉及这一方面。考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你的报名表之外的一些信息。自我推荐时光以2-3分钟为宜。思路要清晰，要突出重点，口语尽量流利(不要太流利了，有背诵之嫌)。

1)考官要求你作自我推荐时，不要用…letmeintroducemyselfbriefly/pleaseallowmetointroducemyselftoyou等句子，重复、啰嗦。开始可以只用一句话引入：Dearprofessors,Ifeelsogladtomeetallofyouhere。然后就可以进入主题，推荐姓名、年龄等等。

2)自我推荐的主体内容。

①姓名。推荐自己姓名时，发音一定要准(南方考生要多加注重)。

②年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(IamXXX,25yearsold)。

③本来的院校、专业。注重：一定要把本来小学的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清晰(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。

所属的公司、职位。注重：在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明了。
