JaneAustenandPrideandPrejudicehavebeenlovedbythousandsofreaderaroundtheworldsincetheadventofthisnovel.Thisisoneofthefavoritepillowthatmanyfemalefriendshavelisted.

ThispaperfirstanalyzesthedifferentmarriageobjectandmarriagepatternsofdifferentpersonalitychoicebyanalyzingthefourmarriagesofMr.Bennettdaughters.Amongthemareaffordablemarriagesthatonlylookatmaterialwealthandsetanexamplestogotoelopement,aswellashappymarriageswhereemotionsandemotionscoexist,andbothpersonalityandspiritualneedsaresatisfied.Theauthor’sownviewifmarriageandlove:reasonandemotionarethebasisofmaterialhappiness

Inthelate18thcenturyBritishnovels,therewasafemininetrend,fullofsadnessandmelancholy.Inthisbook,Austinusedclear,smooth,wittylanguagetomakethestoryupsanddownsandcomedy.Herstoryistight.Stickingtoreallife,warmanddelicate,depictingtheordinarylifeofordinarypeopleinthecountryfromarationalpointofview,atthattime,thesocietysetoffastreamofcleanliness.Becauseofthis,herworkopenedtheclimaxofrealistnovelsinthe1930s.
