thelowerliptotheupperteeth.Later,ourjawschangedtoanoverbitestructure(结构),

makingiteasiertoproducesuchsounds.

Theteamshowedthatthischangeinbitewasconnectedwiththedevelopmentof

agricultureintheNeolithicperiod.Foodbecameeasiertochewatthispoint.The

jawbonedidn'thavetodoasmuchworkandsodidn'tgrowtobesolarge.
