ConstructionStandardsin2005(secondbatch)",thisCodeisherebyestablishedbyChinaFirst

MetallurgicalGroupCo.,Ltd.jointlywithrelatedcompaniesundertheorganizationofChina

MetallurgicalConstructionAssociation.

DuringestablishmentoftheCode,thepreparationgrouphasstudiedrelatedcurrentnational

laws,regulationsandstandards;madeextensiveandin-depthinvestigation;concludedmanyyears

experienceintheinstallationacceptanceofsteel-makingmechanicalequipment;widelysoughtthe

advicesfromrelatedcompaniesandexperts;repeatedlydiscussed,revisedandenhancedthe

provisionsoftheCode;andfinalizedthistextuponreview.
