Appendix1TechnicalSpecificationsforMotor,CableandControlI.TechnicalSpecificationsforTheTechnicalSpecificationsaimtodiscussthedesign,manufacture,assemblyandtestworksatthemanufacturer’sfactory,motorcontrolcenter,deliveryandpackageofACandDCmotors,aswellasallmaterialsandaccessories,toensurehigh-efficiencyandtrouble-operation,andcompliancewiththefollowingtechnicalspecifications.技术（IEC）的相关标准中的适用部分的要求，如设备符合任何其他的具备同等品质的的要求亦可。在这种情况下，供方应明确说明采用的标准，并按照Unlessotherwisespecified,thedesign,constructionandtestworksoftheequipmenttobeinstalledinaccordancewiththeTechnicalSpecificationsshallconformtotheapplicablerequirementsinthelatestversionofstandardsofInternationalElectrotechnicalCommission(IEC).Itisalsoacceptablethattheequipmentconformstootherequivalentnationalstandards.Inthiscase,thershalldefiniyexintheapplicablestandards,andprepareacopyofEnglishversionofapplicablestandardsaccordingtotherequirementsofBiddings.Incaseofanydisputeaboutdesignstandards,themoststringentstandardshallprevail.AllmotorsshallconformtoEFF-1,IEC60034,IEC60072,IEC60079,andIE60085TheefficiencyofallLVmotorsshallconformtotheefficiencyrequirementofIEC2andEquipmentandServicestoBeAttaentAdescribesthetype,ratingofequipmenttobeinstalledandothertechnicaldata.DesignThemotorwillbeinstalledunderhotandhumidtropicalUnlessotherwisespecified,theelectricalequipment/systemshallbedesignedaccordingtotheworkingconditionsandauxiliarypowersupplygivenintheAttaentoftheTechnicalSpecifications.Ifthemotorisinstalledoutdoorsanddirectlyexposedtothesunshine,thedesignedambienttemperatureshallbedeterminedinconsiderationoftheinfluencesofsunshineheatonthemotor.Theselectionofmotorpowershallensurethefollowingdesign
