5.Students'UnionAssociationsandPersonalDevelopmentStudents'Unionismuchmoreactiveandtheyplayabiggerroleintheaffairsofouruniversitiesthanthatinahighschool.Andasforanysortofyourpersonalinterestsandhobbiesthereisoneassociationyoucanjoin.ThebenefitswecangetfromjoininginStudents'Unionandalltheseassociationsarequiteobvious.Firstwecanimproveourabilitytogetalongandworkwithotherswhichmeanssomuchtoourpersonaldevelopment.Secondsomeopportunitiestogetintouchwiththesocietymightbeofferedintheseorganizations.Lastbutnotleastwecanfindalotofschoolmateswhosharethesameinterestwithourswhichcanmakethecampuslifesomuchmorecolorful.Butjoiningintheseorganizationsisnotallaboutbenefits.Someoftheactivitiesarequitetime-consumingandsomearrangementscanevenbeconflictingwithourclasses.Somyopiniononthisissuegoeslikethis:aslongasourclassesandacademicactivitiesarenotinterferedtheexperiencesinStudents'Unionandallsortsofassociationscanbesomethingworthrememberingandsomethingthatyouwillneverregret.Students'Union,AssociationsandPersonalDevelopmentStudents'Unionismuchmoreactiveandtheyplayabiggerroleintheaffairsofouruniversitiesthanthatinahighschool.Andasforanysortofyourpersonalinterestsandhobbies,thereisoneassociationyoucanjoin.ThebenefitswecangetfromjoininginStudents'Unionandalltheseassociationsarequiteobvious.Firstwecanimproveourabilitytogetalongandworkwithothers,whichmeanssomuchtoourpersonaldevelopment.Second,someopportunitiestogetintouchwiththesocietymightbeofferedintheseorganizations.Lastbutnotleast,wecanfindalotofschoolmateswhosharethesameinterestwithours,whichcanmakethecampuslifesomuchmorecolorful.Butjoiningintheseorganizationsisnotallaboutbenefits.Someoftheactivitiesarequitetime-consuming,andsomearrangementscanevenbeconflictingwithourclasses.Somyopiniononthisissuegoeslikethis:aslongasourclassesandacademicactivitiesarenotinterfered,theexperiencesinStudents'Unionandallsortsofassociationscanbesomethingworthrememberingandsomethingthatyouwillneverregret.
