写作园地一

写建议信

一般而言,建议信属于半开放性作文,大多要求我们根据所

给的材料给出有针对性的解决办法或者提出合理建议。写作时要注意:

一、写作指导

建议信的结构

建议信一般采取“三段式结构”,通常以firstly,secondly,

thirdly或tobeginwith,then,later等依次陈述建议。

1.首段:表明写作意图,陈述事由,简单介绍自己的观点,注

意语气。

2.主体段落:应该首先肯定对方的优点,然后再写需要改进的

地方或针对具体情况提出具体建议或忠告。

3.结尾段:对提出的建议进行总结,要注意表达方式,使对方

容易接受。

二、写作模板

1.段首常用语:
