IMPORTANT

ThisrequestmaybepresenteddirectlytotheInternationalBureaubytheholderorthroughtheOfficeoftheContractingPartyoftheholder.

Thegoodsandservicesaffectedbythislimitationmaybethesubjectofasubsequentdesignationandthereforewillcontinuetobetakenintoaccountinthecalculationofthesupplementaryfeesatthetimeofrenewal.IfthesegoodsandservicesaretobepermanentlyremovedfromtheInternationalRegister,therecordingofacancellationshouldberequestedinstead(formMM8).Insuchacase,thosegoodsandservicesmaynolongerbethesubjectofasubsequentdesignationandwillnotbetakenintoaccountinthecalculationofthesupplementaryfeesatthetimeofrenewal.

Onesingleformmaybeusedtorequesttherecordingofonelimitationforseveralinternationalregistrations,providedthattheholderisthesameandthesamelimitationappliestoalldesignatedContractingPartiesortothesamedesignatedContractingPartiesforeachoftheinternationalregistrationsconcerned.
