13:00—13:10:大会进行第一项。音乐停,鞭炮响(背景鞭炮声)。主持人宣布员工大会开头,向参会的全体员工介绍出席大会的公司主要领导同志,并鼓掌欢迎;(员工欢迎礼毕)请总经理致《开幕辞》。
13:11:大会进行其次项。各主要负责人分别作年终述职报告;(每个公司都不同,这个时间详细把握)
16:40—16:50:大会进行第三项。请总经理宣读公司《上一年度关于表彰工作先进集体和个人的打算》。
16:50—17:00:主持人请获得工作先进个人荣誉的优秀员工上台领奖,同时请总经理为其颁发荣誉证书及奖金红包,先进个人与总经理合影留念,主持人鼓掌庆贺。
